The location was perfect. It was close to churchgate rail station and the metro. Taxis are always available from Marine Drive. The view was wonderful. The staff was courteous and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable.
During our stay the lift broke and we had to use the hotel lift next door to get to fifth floor. However, management were prompt in repairing and the staff were very helpful during the period of time the lift wasn't working.
