I liked that it had like an old rustic charm to it, like we went back few decades, and I've always liked that
Also Colaba Causeway was right there
I think the bathroom needs upgrading, the room is fine but the bathroom feels abandoned a little

I liked the concept of this boutique hotel. Location was fantastic right next to the Taj and Colaba causeway but yet away from the throngs of tourists next to the Gateway of India. Hotel was clean.
My interaction with the staff Sadhana, Devanshi and Shantanu was very good. Shantanu was so patient and helped me with printing a document I needed at midnight.
I was a bit disappointed that I could not use the lobby on the 4th floor when I had a few hours to spend after checking out and before leaving for the airport. Apparently there was some shooting being conducted.
I would have liked a bigger shower area.

Beautiful place. And beautiful please. The staff was really friendly and nice. I enjoy the place vibe. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent
The wash basins are not clean , we had to change the room and were given the 4th floor suite which was very clean. In most of the other rooms, including the bathroom attached to the dining area/ reception the wash basin is stained and the floor in invariably wet
