Sauber und super Lage

Super Lage in Colaba, jede Menge gute Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe, zum Gateway kann man zu Fuß laufen. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit viel Wasser versorgt. Kaffeeservice am Morgen. Sehr sauber.

Etwas kleines Familienzimmer. Preis für indische Verhältnisse relativ hoch, aber Lage Lage Lage:)

Невероятная чистота, отличное расположение и участливый персонал! Номер лучше, чем на фото!

Нам обязательно нужно было заселиться в этом районе, и мы в последний момент нашли подходящий отель. Ожидания были скромные, учитывая остальные предложения вокруг и наш неудачный опыт первого отеля у аэропорта. Как же мы были удивлены тем, что увидели... Невероятно чисто в отеле и номере! Особенно пристально мы смотрели за ванной - там все отлично, нет даже налета на сантехнике! Одноразовые тюбики, мыло, бумага. Постельное белье и полотенца пахнут свежестью! Все удобства в номере, и все отлично функционирует! Кондиционер, холодильник, сейф, чайник. Номер выглядит лучше, чем на фото! Обычно в Индии все наоборот. У входа на улице всегда есть человек, который помогает открыть двери и занести вещи. На ресепшене тоже постоянно кто-то присутствует и помогает по всем вопросам. Например, в первую ночь мы узнали, что наш рейс местной авиакомпании был отменен. Под угрозой было все наше дальнейшее путешествие. Рано утром сотрудник администрации помог нам с переговорами с авиакомпанией. Мы благополучно изменили рейс и смогли вылететь в тот же день. Это просто невероятно!! Огромное вам спасибо! Это невероятный отель, несмотря на их скромный ценник! Местоположение отличное - на главной улице Колабы, вокруг ежедневный рынок, а добраться до центра можно очень быстро, как пешком, так и на такси.

Нет ничего, к чему можно было бы придраться! Даже к чистоте совсем нет претензий! Хозяева отеля творят какие-то чудеса.. Мы пишем это после 11 различных бронирований по Индии. Это был наш лучший вариант, причем один из самых бюджетных.

100% perfect!

In the perfect location in Colaba with everything interesting within walking distance, but far enough away from the main bazaar for it to be quiet. Super friendly and polite front desk, and the cleanest and most comfortable place I've been in so far in India. Hot showers on tap, modern and well appointed with even a little fridge in the room to keep our snacks fresh. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY!

Good place to stay with family...

The location was good. The facilities were good. Value for money. Good rooms. AC was good. Beds were good. The wall colour was pleasant...

Would have liked a couple of hooks to hang clothes inside the bathroom. As of now, in my room, there was only a towel holder...

It was beyond expectations - a gem of a find - right in the middle of Colaba which is where you need to be! The staff were some of the most friendly, helpful and professional that I have ever had, helping us daily with all our questions. Probably my most favourite part of all was it felt like the staff were a big group of mates who bought the hotel. In terms of the room - reaches value for money by a mile, I loved it!

A little unclean - and the corridors could have been a little better.

An oasis inside the buzz of the city

Good location to visit the city. Very clean and good maintenance Kind staff. Despite its location on a central market, silent and a/c clean air.

Great Hospitality

Whole Team Member were so Amazing and welcoming with warm smile every time and focusing on little details like opening doors and even the main owner offered us to do late stay and called to ask if we need anything or water. He was really really nice including all the staffs. So, my heart was melted staying here, being able to witness the Indian Hospitality. Also, room was clean, bathroom was really clean with shower gel shampoo soap, water was pretty good, there was even mini fridge, it was small room but everything was there and was comfortable. Also, location is pretty good too, India Gate is only about 15 minutes walk and you can take a long walk towards Taj, Marine Drive and all the amazing architecture places around.

Had only one unpleasant experience, that was after leaving the hotel for airport in the Taxi booked by the hotel. The Taxi was local and didnt have the AC and in the hot and humid weather of Mumbai, the 1 hour ride gave us migraine and nausea, it was so difficult journey for us after that which was our 3rd day in India. We decided to go with the Taxi hotel offered even though we had good deal through the Uber app to get a luxurious car. It was so difficult ride in that Taxi. I wish we were told that Taxi would not have AC. We had a flight and we were so unwell and took really long to recover after that specially for me who had terrible migraine issue. But, again, our whole hotel stay was pretty good and heart warming except the last part. If you are staying, just confirm about the Taxi.

Very good stay overall. Good service and clean

Room and bathroom was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower and hot water were reliable.

The room was very small and there was very little space for luggage which meant we had to walk over the luggage to get to one of the beds. Bathroom should have a water sweeper. Would be great if a simple breakfast was included in the price, like idli.

It is the very nice hotel , superb and Porsche location safe and near to Taj and gateway of India Hotel staff was very nice and polite with us.. Room was very big and neat and clean with very big window with nice curtains and full foresealing lighting and exact like a new room.. Washroom is also neat and clean... The hotel have 5 floors with lift so no worries for staying Go and enjoy your stay with them seriously...it's worth it...

One thing only the partion gate with two rooms inside the room but it's locked properly.. When people talk in another room it's noisy and uncomfortable ...you can hear their voice and they hear your voice and also sound proof issue with this gate only so privacy issue in room ... But every thing is nice...

Rather old hotel in need of renovation. Room ok with window and air conditioning/fan. You can sleep in. Location in the "tourist" area of Colaba.

Hotel too old. Price too expensive: 32 dollars in December 2022 (but not much choice at that time).

The room was basic but pleasant however it stank of cigarette smoke which made our stay uncomfortable.

Lower your expectations

It is well located The staff was kind and they gave complimentary water whenever I asked for it

I didn't find the bed linen to be clean, also they gave me a room with 2 beds although I had requested a double bed The bathroom could have been cleaner The door lock was broken so I could not lock the door from the inside - important being a solo female Loud music all day and part of the night (corridor windows permanently open) I arrived during the night and the staff was sleeping on the floor of the entrance of the hotel, it was a weird check in A local friend told me that the price was expensive for the market, and considering the conditions of the room, I think it was not worth it
