Stay was very comfortable. Since property was fully booked, we could not get our connecting room nor able to enjoy hotel facilities.
Room to improve: Food & Beverage services. The restaurant was packed for restaurant and it wasnt easy for both guests and staff members to move around which led to chaos.
Location was perfect and safe to stay.

A lovely welcome surprise awaited us when we checked in. After a long travel day all the treats were very appreciated . Staff could not be nicer.

Everything works, staff is friendly and willing to think solutions and is service oriented in the true sense.
A classical hotel in the SOBO area, not far from Marine drive and many attractions.
Will be back again
