We were in AZ to visit family and half of us were over 70 years old. The single floor layout and open spaces were perfect for them to easily get around. It's close to everything you need.

The property was comfortable and nicely furnished. We didn't prepare any meals, so I can't address the kitchen amenities, but we were able to make coffee, and that was all we needed. The only comment any of the group made was that the towels were a little stiff and rough. I assume that area has hard water. It was a minor issue and the only complaint. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Close to amenities! Perfect layout for visiting in the large family room! Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the covered patio for morning coffee. We loved being able to park our rental in the garage to keep it out of the heat! The rooms were spacious. Even an office for my cousin! The beds were comfortable! We’ll be back next year!! Thanks to owner (Kathy) and the cleaning crew for quick responses to our questions!

This is a spacious, clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. There are a few restaurants and a grocery a short drive away. We found everything we wanted to explore in the area less than an hour's drive away. We had one minor glitch with hot water in the kitchen, which took a second call to the property mgr. and several hours to resolve. The homeowner, however, responded very quickly to our texts. The use of a garage was also much appreciated, and we would highly recommend this property.

The home we stayed at was very lovely! Had all the comforts of home and the owners have a binder with all the information we could of needed. Garage door opener and pool card (which unfortunately the Arizona weather did not cooperate with...it was COLD....lol) A very nice patio for relaxing and there was a firepit and plenty of propane....that we didn't use either because of the cold. Very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed the property in terms of layout, furnishings and it was well equipped. We had very little time to use the community features so I do not think it fair to comment. The check in late at night was challenging to misinformation about the entry code . We did not find San Tan Valley offered the amenities we are accustomed to enjoying - nothing but fast food . If we had stayed longer eating at home would have been a better choice. I think the house could use a bit more attention to cleaning surfaces - glass and fridge doors need more TLC.

This community is very nice with great parks/pools. The house is very nice, cozy and well-maintained. The check and check out was super easy and smooth. The mattresses are not particularly comfortable and the location is a little out of the way. But, it's a great little house.

The rental property was very nice, but want the warm owners that their kitchen stools are needing some tlc. One was broken but still standing there and another is very loose.The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were good.Never used the pool but took walks through the lovely neighborhood.We found everything we needed in the home and would certainly return.

Perfect for a family!
We stayed here with our two young boys and it was perfect. This house is HUGE - 3 full bedrooms including one with a bunk bed, a full kitchen with the usual amenities, enormous open-concept living/dining rooms, generous back yard, and an amazing master shower! It ended up being further from Chandler than we'd initially realized, but the drive was easy if a bit longer than we wanted. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and the owner made the check-in and check-out process easy. Would definitely recommend!
