Contemporary style home on Fairway, 2 Lg bedrooms with new beds and separate room set up as stocked office with desk, chair, file cabinet, printer and couch, that is convertible to single bed. Two recently remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen has newer Samsung appliances and comes stocked with pans, plates, pots, pressure cooker and much more. Home has 2 car garage, new carpet & paint and comes furnished, it has TV & WIFI, Roku and Cox basic cable. Resort styled backyard with a tiled patio around heated spa & pool., Pergola with party lights. Large, covered porch area with ceiling fans & lights. Chairs, Tables, Hammock, Umbrellas and moveable gas space heater. The BBQ is connected to natural gas supply (eliminates propane bottles). Gorgeous night sky, very quiet. and ideal for bird watching. Great for entertaining or enjoying our beautiful weather. The home is professionally cleaned & sanitized between all guest stays, Landscaper maintains the grounds Monthly. Garbage & Recycle bins are sanitized by a service co. Pool & Spa are cleaned & maintained weekly. The water supply is treated by a water softener and yards are automatically irrigated. Pest control is done professionally every 2 Months.

This is the second time I have stayed at this home away from home. It’s myself and my two dogs and the property owners went above and beyond from the moment I reached out to check on availability to requesting an extension to the stay to assist. Here it is right near the Christmas holiday and the house is decorated inside and out. If work is to be done on my home again less than 5 miles away, this will be the first place I look for a vacancy. My boys love watching the golfers and swimming in the summer and love watching the golfers and the freedom of the beautiful weather and quiet neighborhood in the winter.

Very clean and well-organized property. Lots of extras like the well-stocked coffee bar and snack basket. Response from owner was exceptionally quick. Outdoor oasis was relaxing - just what we needed.

The check in process was smooth and the house was beyond my expectations. Beautifully furnished and every amenity possible was there. Couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay and hope to return to this property again in the near future. Thank you for the hospitality!!

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was super clean, so very well stocked. It had every appliance imaginable. Also the little touches like the coffee bar and snack basket were much appreciated. The landlord also left a bowl of halloween candy that we could hand out to the children. Super nice lady and would definitely stay here again. Pool and hot tub were great and easy to operate.

The house was the cleanest we have stayed in, and that’s been a lot of places. It was nicely decorated and there were lots of little extras upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area was great. The beds were comfortable, I might retire sofa soon but that’s just a personal preference on my part. It looks like they keep improving the place as they go, new TV and other things. The contact with the owners was also the most prompt of any place we have been. We would stay here again for sure.

We had an outstanding stay here. Kris was attentive and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. The house has been newly renovated and everything went well during our stay. It’s nice to find a place to stay that is cared for by the owner and not run by a big rental company. Johnson Ranch has nice community amenities like pools pickle ball courts, parks and a fishing pond. Having a pool at the house was a bonus and a lot of fun for our kids. A great experience overall, we will definitely recommend this spot to friends and family that come to visit.

Fantastic home. Very clean. Good size rooms. Equipped with all needed appliances. Comfortable furniture. Host provided an incredible amount of information about the home and area. Home was stocked with everything from snacks to sunscreen. The pool was a real hit with all the family. The hosts were very responsive. They promptly answered all questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harley and Kristine’s house. Many extras, made us feel at home so we took care of it like our own home. We needed to extend our stay and they were very accommodating, we really appreciated you making it easy to get a hold of you too.

Kris and Harley are super hosts! Any issues or questions were quickly addressed and resolved. We stayed a month and really enjoyed the house and yard. Was fun being on the golf course.

Harly and Kristina did an excellent job of providing everything that a guest could want, including many appliances and utensils. Lots of extra touches, too, for the comfort of the guests. Beautiful home with a swimming pool and hot tub. Nice quiet neighborhood. They were quick to respond to any questions that we had. Huge TVs in living area and master bedroom. Everything was clean and neat! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
