Nestled in the heart of this quiet Johnson Ranch community, 25 minutes from Mesa/Gateway airport 50 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, w/loft, 2 car garage with RV gates for your toys. Bring the golf cart. Within minutes of walking or a golf cart drive you can enjoy 18 holes on the Johnson Ranch Championship golf course and club house. Also enjoy the many amenities of the 3 community heated pools and spas, tennis courts, basketball courts ,volleyball courts, and commen area green belts. Also walking distance or short hop in the cart, Fry's marketplace, Bank of America, Bank One, Walgreens, car wash, and a large variety of fast food take out or dine in restaurants. This home is fully furnished with all the comforts of home and more. Gas barbecue, 40" and 32" flatscreen HDTV's. Wireless Internet, King bed in the master, queen beds in the second and third bedroom. All appliances, coffee maker, pots and pans etc. The beautiful flagstone patio in the backyard is fully equipped with a rocking loveseat overlooking the propane fire table. Everything was perfectly in order for our stay this weekend. It was a luxury to park in the garage out of the summer heat. Quiet neighborhood. Immaculately clean and well stocked with the basics to feel like home: plenty of towels, TP, kitchen items/appliances. The little things like soft towels and washer/dryer are important to us and they were all supplied. Great communication with the host before and during our stay. Would recommend. Plan to rent again.

Had a wonderful time at this property over New Years. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and all the comforts of home. Communication with the owners was top notch and will be at the top of our list to stay at again. Thanks for such a great vacation.

"Comforts of home away from home" and "friendly hospitable natured owners" cannot begin to convey how pleasant our stay here has been. This spacious and clean home was very much family, kid and pet friendly and we would absolutely recommend to friends and family alike.

This property was located in an ideal location. Just on the outskirts of the big city with all the shopping and recreational areas conveniently near by. Short drive to the mountains and trails and close enough to take in some spring training baseball. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Upon our arrival we found 2 complementary bottles of wine from the owner. Nice touch! The owners, Chris & Misti, were very welcoming and genuinely interested in our well being. Being new to the area we asked them for recommendations and they gave us some great ones which enabled us to choose and still explore. Close to pools and golf courses. We would definitely recommend this property and we will be back.

I transferred to the area for my employment and needed a place to stay while I found a new house. The house worked great for my family and Chris was very friendly and accommodating.

This home was very comfortable and well kept. The location is great! It is within walking distance of the Club House and community pool. The only draw back is that it is on a busy street. Chris is a wonderful host. He lives in the area, so is available if you need anything. The 2 complimentary bottles of wine are a nice touch. Johnson Ranch is a bit far out, but has everything you need. There are 3 community pools, Terrace Restaurant at the Club House, and a great golf course. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Johnson Ranch house. Extremely clean, owner was prompt in all his communication and welcomed us at our arrival. Great location, well stocked with needed essentials, towels, bedding, etc. The entire process from booking our stay to our departure from the house was smooth and easy... Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Phoenix. Thank you again Chris.

We came into town for a cutting horse show at the Horseshoe Park in Queen Creek. We had never rented a house before for a show but decided to give it a go because of the distance of hotels. This place was PERFECT! It was homey, comfortable, had some great extras like a garden tub upstairs and a gas fire pit outside. We enjoyed our stay here, the owner is a great guy. I loved this house. It was very roomy and comfy. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Slept like a baby. I especially loved the large deck off of the master bedroom. And enjoyed the evenings in the back yard warming up to the electric fire pit. Very enjoyable stay. This is walkable to the community pool so in a great location for any pool lovers. The owner of this house lived close by and was very attentive to any needs or questions we had about the house while on our vacation. He left 2 bottles of wine for us to enjoy while on our vacation. Nice touch and thank you!
