The location was perfect, very close to Taksim square and the waterfront in the Bosphorus. All amenities (pharmacy, shops, restaurants, cafes) were close enough. The team at V&V were super friendly, I definitely recommend it!
Really nothing. I was happy about the stay, just the district have many stairs. But I think it's a bonus, since it's free gym! Haha

A wonderful cozy place in a great location, you can easily get to anywhere, good infrastructure. A delicious breakfast is served. The host and staff of the hotel are very kind, friendly and helpful, we didn’t have any problems. We are completely satisfied with the accommodation.

Kind personnel
Renovation work ongoing and we were not told before arrival
Switch of room at arrival because the room we had booked was being renovated. We were supposed to switch again rooms after 2 nights to get a better room and this never happened.
The room we had for 6 nights was with a low cellar (house basement) stink cat poo/pee from the outside, and was wet.
Honestly we expected a better quality based on the description at reservation.
