This condo is nicely remodeled. It has all updated furniture including BRAND NEW king bed in the master, all new stainless steel appliances, custom tile floors thoughout and granite kitchen countertops. Our oasis is located on the beautiful white sandy beach of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy our 1st Floor, 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom spacious condo on the Beach. This condo is 966 square foot. Enjoy the stunning views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. The only way to be closer to the beach is if you were getting wet! This end unit offers you privacy of no balcony next door, an additional full side screen on the lanai and additional windows in the kitchen, bath and master. No streets to cross to go to the beach. You are ON the beach! Live in luxury at our 5 star Oasis. The unit is completely remodeled including all new custom ceramic shower surround. There are new ceramic tile throughout. Enjoy the stunning views while sitting at our bartop with all new granite countertops in the kitchen and livingroom. While relaxing in our living room you can open our new pocket doors that create a 18 foot opening to the screened lanai. Our private lanai enables you to enjoy your coffee without anyone else being near you. The screened lanai is 6 x 20 foot. Including the lanai you have 1200 square foot of living space. This unit is complete with a king bed in the private master with full custom bathroom. There is a Murphy bed in the living room. Comfortable couch and leather chair are super comfortable. Living room and bedroom are equipped with 90 cable channels. There is a 32 inch flat screen tv in the living room and a 24 inch flat screen tv in the bedroom. The condo is complete with a NEW FULL size washer and dryer in unit. Screened lanai is complete with a bartop patio set for overlooking the beach. A small patio is also off of the master bedroom. When you walk downstairs you are on the sand! No streets to cross. Enjoy our heated beautiful private Saltwater pool. As you leave you will find your car in our reserved, covered parking spot. Don't worry about keys any longer. We have gone to a Keyless entry system. No need to worry about losing keys. There is NO elevator for access to this condo Minimum age to rent condo is 25 years of age Don't worry about bringing your beach items. Enjoy complimentary beach chairs, beach towels, wave boards and beach toys. Don't pay the airlines for checked baggage when we provide all of these essentials for you for free. Mi wife and I have stayed at some great condos on the beach at AMI. This one is the finest. Aside from the location, parking, finishes, and kitchen, we especially appreciated the special touches. Nicer furniture. Comfy love seat on the lanai. Loads of space in the parking area. Lots of kitchen equipment (more than we used but nice to know I could cook burgers on a George Forman or whip up margaritas in a blender).
My suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade the pots and pans to nonstick. Provide power strips in common spaces (there was one in the bedroom but that’s all), more area rugs to catch sandy feet, and install an exhaust fan in the master bathroom.
The owner is responsive and helpful. He provided great support and we had a great stay! Thank you!!

Island Escape
This property was everything and more than listed on website. Beautiful weather helped too! Very attentive property owner and the condo is beautiful and very well stocked for cooking if you prefer to stay in for meals.
Several choices of games, books, etc. Walking distance to several restaurants or the free trolley is very easy too.
Loved the quiet evenings to enjoy hearing the ocean waves!!

Everything was great except for the usual stuff on vacation spots, traffic and wait time at restaurants. The parking at the condo was also a little hard to get into and out of. Really enjoyed our stay though and hated to leave.

A Beautiful Stay in this Beautiful Condo in Beautiful AMI!
AMI never fails and neither does this condo. Has all the amenities needed for a fantastic vacation! We enjoyed the beautiful beach view right outside our windows. We ate at fabulous restaurants all within close proximity to the condo. Try the lasagna at Oma's Pizza and Restaurant right down the street! Wow! Yum! Thank you John and Cindy Little for the perfect Florida retreat!

Beautiful View! Outstanding hospitality!
We had a fantastic time when we stayed in this condo. We really appreciated the attention to detail provided by the owner. John did a fantastic job keeping in contact with us and following through on our requests. The location right on the gulf is fantastic. The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time just sitting and watching the water. We were totally relaxed and had everything we could possibly need for an amazing vacation.

Nice straight out view
Clean. Kitchen well stocked with spices and dishes etc. You may want to take automatic dish soap, and a food sissers. Had paper products to start with except kleenex. A few things to keep in mind: no elevator and and stairs are narrow and when rains get abit slippery, we were there in January and nights were cool so the floors are cold-take slippers or socks, parking spaces are very small-if you have a small veichle you will be fine - we had a pick up and had to park outside of garage which is not a problem if you can find a spot in the 6 outside parking spaces that are not assigned. Bedroom is on road side and there is a lot of road noise all night long., we live in country so this did not work for us.. Also there is a condo above this one and you can hear every step. For us that started at 6 AM. every morning. . Only 4 louge chairs by pool. Condo could use a beach cooler only has a large strofoam cooler .Also a full length mirror would be nice, No counter space in barh. Upon arrival we had 3 burned out lights- one at entry and at night it was difficult to enter code. The code is a good idea instead of carry a key. Blender and hair blow dryer needed replacing. The condo walls could use some painting. The website states possible early entry. We could not get early entry even though it did not show any one renting unit before us. I understand our rent did not start until 4PM. We found something else to do in the area. There is not a trolly stop close but good walking.

Beautiful place, awesome atmosphere!
My wife and I recently stayed in this condo and had the time of our lives! The condo was exactly as advertised and it just gave you a sense of relaxation the moment you walked in. We felt at home right away (wish it was our home) lol. The owner was very accommodating and we could contact him at any time. After staying here there’s really no reason looking for anything else. Price was good and we were right in a central location so everything was very accessible. I highly recommend a stay at this condo in paradise 😉�

Awesome Experience!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was like a brand new place, everything looked new.....very very clean! The whole wall opened up to the beach, we loved this!! The pool was never crowded and was well kept. Can't wait to go back!

Enjoy the sunsets every night
We stayed the last week in June 2018. We enjoyed the condo and the great screened in patio overlooking the beach. The sand was soft and the sunsets were beautiful.
The condo had all the amenities a couple needs for a nice relaxing stay. Short drive to many wonderful attractions and places to explore.

Truly Paradise!
This is by far the best condo and location on the island! I loved how basically the whole wall opened up to the beach! The pool was clean, quiet and most days we felt it was our own private pool, not busy or crowded at all! This unit was spotless, so clean and well kept. All the furnishings appeared new and was supplied with everything we needed. Can't wait until our next visit!!

Lovely condo in the best location on the island!
This condo is wonderful! There are so many positives to staying here! The location is perfect and being right on the beach is the best part! So easy to walk right down to the beach and come back up if you forget something, or if you have kids and want to take a mid-day break! The view from the condo is gorgeous! The condo itself is spacious and the murphy bed is great for kids! The heated pool is also appreciated and never crowded. The owner John is great to deal with and keeps communication open at all times. Thank you John and Cindy for a wonderful week in your condo!

A Piece of Heaven on Earth!
This was a wonderful place to spend a vacation. It was everything that they advertised and more! The view is spectacular morning, noon and night. Having the advantage of a fantastic view from your own balcony was awesome. The condo was beautiful and had every amenity you could want. The pool was warm and inviting, too. We hope to come again!

Great vacation spot
This was a wonderful place to stay and the view out the west window was spectacular. My wife sat out on the deck and watched the beautiful sunsets. The condo was close to everything we needed and was very comfortable. The beach was right out door. John was very responsive with all of my calls and was more than willing to take care of any problem I had. Additionally the transaction went smoothly and without issues and I couldn't have been more comfortable with it. John wanted to make sure that my stay was the best it could be . Never once did it seem like when I was talking to him that I was a bother to him but rather the opposite was true he couldn't have been more helpful. I would stay here again.

Great vacation with toddler
Loved the location, beach, pool, and free bus made this an ideal location for us and our 2 year old son and parents. Place was very nice, newly renovated, and had all you could need.

Setting Moon
I must ad the beach walks in the early morning were incredible! Living on the east coast we always saw the moon rise. To see it set over the gulf was incredible while enjoying a coffee on the lanai. We made sure to start out moonlit walk just before the crack of dawn. By the time we started back it was light enough to collect shells. Weeks later we are still talking about it!

Very quiet.
The excellent reviews that others have left are similar to my experience, so I won't repeat them. I had been worried about noisy neighbors, but it turned out to be very quiet. I never heard footsteps, voices or toilets flushing from the unit above and no sounds from the garage below. No loud parties. Could only hear surf from the beach. The condo must be very well insulated. A good experience and I would rent it again.

The listing says it all!!
This is the first experience for my husband and I to use an online booking site such as VRBO and our experience was great; the Little's condo was just as advertised. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped with anything we needed. The open floor plan made this condo seem so much bigger - the sliding patio doors were just great for the truly open view of the beach. We had plenty of beach towels and chairs for our quick walk to the beach, just outside of the condo complex. We were within walking distance to the Publix, Bridge Street, and Kokonut Hut, to name a few. We also took the trolley, which picks up all over the island. Other good things: WIFI, designated parking spot, keyless entry, and an owner who was terrific to communicate with. Nice golf courses within 20 minutes, too! The lanai was awesome! This condo was centrally located to everything. Just the break we needed from winter in Northern Illinois.

A beautiful condo with everything you need right on the beach. Beautiful view and sunsets. John and Cindy have made this a very comfortable place for a home away from home. We discovered several amazing restaurants. We both love stone crab claws. John made sure he was always in contact with us and to make sure everything was going ok. Would highly recommend this place.

John & Cindy - Thanks for a lovely stay at your beautiful condo! The accommodations were perfect. Great kitchen with everything we needed, comfy bed, nice bathroom, huge closet and amazing views!! We, unfortunately, visited during a cool and windy spell so didn't get to enjoy the ocean but did walk the beach a few times and enjoyed the amazing sunsets and dolphin sightings. We got brave and took a dip in the pool one day - the pool water was warm. The pool area was empty so we had it to ourselves and spent a few hours out of the wind catching some sun while relaxing and reading. We love nature and visited Robinson Preserve (about 4 miles away off island). Went on a nice hike there and saw a lot of bird activity. John & Cindy are super hands on owners and were very quick to respond to our communications. John even checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we were all set. Would highly recommend this property and will keep it in mind for future visits to Anna Maria Island. Thanks!

This was our first visit to AMI and we couldn't have been more pleased. The condo was great. Beautifully renovated, comfortable, well equipped--even had beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys--conveniently located for shopping and dining and very clean and well maintained. Above all, it was situated perfectly on the beach. The view from the beautiful kitchen, living area and lanai (which becomes part of the living area when the picket doors are open) was stunning. The lanai was so private and sat directly behind a palm tree, sea grapes, grasses, sand and shimmering, clear water. It made us feel like we had our own little private island. Awesome. And the view of the sunset was amazing. We truly loved it. John was extremely accommodating and attentive. Thanks for sharing, John. We hope to return.

This was our first trip to AMI and we couldn't have been more pleased. The condo is great--well maintained, beautifully renovated, completely equipped and totally comfortable. It is convenient to shopping for all necessities and souvenirs, and great restaurants. But, above all, it is situated perfectly on the beach. The view from the beautiful kitchen, living area and lanai (which becomes part of the living area when the pocket doors are open) is stunning. The lanai is so private, with it's own palm tree, sea grapes, grasses, sand and clear gulf water. It is so close to the beach we could hear the waves on the shore in all of the front rooms. The sunsets were amazing. We absolutely loved it. John was very accommodating and attentive. Thanks for sharing, John. We can't wait to return.

The condo was a great spot for our vacation! It was very well equipped and we loved the view out over the gulf. We needed a week to relax from the stress of work and this was the perfect time. The condo is well located centrally on the island and is no problem getting around. We loved the many unique restaurants on the island.
