Kitchen remodeled in July 2016 now features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Tastefully furnished, w/ fully stocked kitchen. Sleeps 6. - Master bedroom with king bed - Second bedroom with queen bed - Pullout sofa bed in the living room 2 full bathrooms (en suite master bath has a jetted tub) Free WiFi internet, 3 TV's, digital cable, DVD player Full washer & dryer All interior towels and linens provided, some beach towels. Also, folding beach chairs and beach toys in the unit for guest use. The Majestic Beach Resort sits on 650 ft of white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Awesome location on the beach. Well equipped from kitchen to beach supplies!! Condo was clean and had a really homey feel! Would definitely recommend. If we're ever back in Panama City Beach we will definitely stay again!!

Condo on the 14th floor of a very clean property located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Great layout with a bathroom attached to each of the two bedrooms. All three TVs had crisp pictures and user friendly remotes. Water pressure excellent throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed for a nine day stay. The parking is across the street in a structure which allows you to use the 3rd floor glass enclosed walk bridge. Very entertaining. The view from the balcony allowed us to enjoy the constant ocean waves, sea gulls, pelicans, sandpipers and on a few days the crystal clear water exposed dolphins and stingrays And the sunsets, most amazing. Thank you to Andrea for allowing us to vacation at this lovely home!

The condo was fine, just as expected from online description. My husband would have liked a ceiling fan in the bedroom. We appreciated the beach equipment, especially the chairs and extra beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped.

This place was amazing! We came for my daughters 16th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The check in process was extremely straightforward. The room was a lot bigger than I had thought! Several times through my stay I messaged the owner with a very quick response. Side not facing the ocean there are tons of shops and restaurants. You can walk to anywhere you need. Would definitely return!!

This unit was better than expected. Very big, lots of room. Comes with everything you need for a great stay. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Resort has 5 pools which is great for kids if you need a break from the beach. Also walking distance to several shops and restaurants

Arrived at condo with all info the owner sent. Everything went smoothly. Condo was clean and spacious. Majestic beach resort was awesome. This was our second time staying in that condo location and we were very pleased on both occasions. I highly recommend this owner and the resort also!!!

The location of the property was exactly what we were hoping for. Easy access to the beach, 3 pools, a couple hot tubs, garage parking, and more. The view from the balcony was amazing. We can't wait to come back.

Easy to rent and pleasant. The only thing I would have liked to have known the amount of walking necessary to get from parking to the room. Not exactly easy for someone with a handicap knee.

The lobby, outside swimming pool, hot tub, outside decks were kept very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The condo had a spectacular view of the ocean and the beach, all the sunsets were just so beautiful. The layout of the condo was great. Some updates on the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced, some deep cleaning on the carpet or replace the carpet or have the floors tiled would be a great improvement to the condo. We would consider booking the same condo again some day in the future.

I have been visiting Panama City Beach for over a decade now from Atlanta and I've stayed at several properties, this one is a new addition to my top 5. The property was very clean, well decorated, and it literally had EVERYTHING I needed. The location was great and the hostess communicated very well. What made this property stand out to me was the more homey decor with lots of deep earth tones. I don't mind the beachy themed properties but this one breaks the monotony. My only recommendation would be to get a keypad for entry as opposed to a physical key. I still highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Very clean and all types of extras such as beach chairs, kids beach toys, etc….. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Loved the location and the entire property was very clean and well taken care of with fast elevators.
