We arrived at Harman cave early in the morning. There was no one at reception at that point, but someone turned up shortly after. We asked for towels to freshen up but were told we would have to wait for check-in. The reception staff made an exception and allowed me to use the wifi before check-in. We were allowed to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast buffet.
The hotel itself is uphill, so not recommended to those who have mobility issues. Breakfast was ok with limited variety. The evening staff were friendly. The room itself was very comfortable as were the beds.
It was not value for money for the facilities on offer. For some reason, one of the staff decided to spray water onto the floor while we were seated in the courtyard with no regard about spraying water onto us.
