- Excellent hospitality by the people working there
- Great place to watch the air balloons in the morning. You don’t need to move to viewpoints.
- Good breakfast
- Spacious rooms
- Nice terrace
My specific room was a bit hot and humid, but I guess that’s because of the nature of the room and the cave hotels

The staffs are quite friendly and nice.
The room is clean and tidy, well maintained.
Perfect breakfast.
Perfect view from the rooftop, we spent 3 nights there for our dinner. No need to go to the hustles in Goreme Main Street, that will surely satisfy you.

Good location; helpful staff.
Facilities were very disappointing; wi-fi was terrible and less than half of the outlets in the room were working. Breakfast was not good.
