Great location, very helpful staff, clean nice size rooms.
Lovely roof top area to watch the balloons in the morning.
Very good breakfast
No service / vending machine for drinks around the pool.
There was a bar area but it was not utilized which was disappointing

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was delightful. Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the pool very much, and relaxing on the rooftop.

Everything was very beautiful, the swimming pool are was awesome, the breakfast area was very close, the bathroom was big, bedroom had a very big bed, place to put our clothes, sofa, a big mirror with light that made everything aesthetic.
The staff was very friendly from the check in to the check out. They all speak very good English so is very easy to communicate, the food was very very good and in abundance, for all tastes. After our check out the staff allowed us to go to the swimming pool all day and to stay in the hotel
I liked everything that I saw honestly
