Niesamowite przeżycie, szczególnie po tym, jaka kolejki zostaną zamknięte i wszyscy opuszczą okolice obiektu - niesamowite widoki, cisza, to uczucie obcowania sam na sam z bezkresną przyrodą - bezcenne. Przepyszne jedzenie i wspaniała obsługa. Uczucie luksusu i wyjątkowości. Wrócimy.
Żeby pielęgnować to poczucie usługi premium zmieniłabym tylko jedno - chciałabym, by skipass do pobytu obejmował fastpass - to jedyna rzecz do poprawy, wszystko poza tym - idealnie.

Wspaniały pobyt w przepięknym miejscu. Cały pobyt zorganizowany pd a do z, zadaszony parking w cenie, śniadanie i czterodaniowa kolacja, przepyszne jedzenie, bardzo miły i pomocny personel, skipass w cenie. Polecam każdemu, niezapomniane wrażenia z zachodu i wschodu słońca na szczycie.

Room, shower, food, views, location, enuinely out of this world. The service team on site were excellent. As a hotel, this is a 9 or 10.
The reason I can't rate higher is entirely about pre-arrival communication, not anyone working on site.
I booked roughly six weeks ahead and confirmed in writing at the time that I was arriving on foot, hiking. Not by car, not by cable car. That was acknowledged. Despite this, every message that followed was about where to park and which lift to take. Nothing was ever sent about how a hiker actually reaches the building, which entrance to use, or what to do on arrival.
I came in after a full day's hike to the main door under the Rotunda sign. Locked. Terrace door, locked. I walked the full perimeter of the building looking for any other way in or any signage but the was nothing. I called the number on the booking repeatedly. No answer. I tapped on windows, called out through the glass that I had a reservation. No response.
After about 30 minutes outside in cold temperatures and strong wind, with no contact and no other option, I had to force a door open to get inside. I hope I didn't damage the lock, it genuinely felt like the only choice at that point.
To be clear: once inside, everything was great, and this isn't on the on-site crew. It's a process gap.
Hikers aren't your typical guests here. I get that. But once you confirm a hiker arrival in writing, the responsibility shifts. One line in the email about which door to use and a number that's actually answered would have solved this completely.
5/10 reflects how serious the arrival was against how good the rest of the stay was.
