Reception service amazing

Communication with the hostess was very easy. They helped us a lot wherever we needed. Breakfast was good but not many opcions for a long stay. We want to emphasize hospitality and kindness. The room is very clean and the location is near to the center. We recommend 100% stay in Nativo Lombok Hotel. Thanks for all!

Exceptional

Walking distance to the beach and next to restaurants and shops. Very polite, kind and attentive staff. Lovely pool, and spacious and well-kept common areas.

Location , rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was tasty

Staff didnt want to charge my card from booking.com they insisted on me paying with a card that cost me 3% more.

Good location, maybe visit again.

We liked the swimming pool, the location, the green garden, the interior of the room, staff were very accommodating.

They should have more sun beds, the bathroom was a bit disappointing, the room’s floor and surfaces did not feel super clean. They never informed us of the renovation of the room we initially booked. In their opinion they gave us a similar one but it was not really. Breakfast was tasty but very very little so we always had to get more somewhere else.

Amazing ! I do recommend

I liked the staff, the location, it’s near the bars and restaurants but far enough the street not to be annoyed but the noise. It was clean and they have scooters you can rent

The 3 mosque around yelling 3 differents songs at the same time. But it is what it is.

Big dissapointment!

- location

- half of our stay pool was under maintenance without further notification or note when booked - room was not cleaned properly, we had trash on bed and it didn’t look clean in general (example: window under shower was broken, sides of bed were tapped to each other) - hotel doesn’t have generator so another day we were out of water and electricity (caveat impacted the whole town but for a bit more premium hotel I would expect generator)

the staff is nice and it’s clean. great location. 15-60 minutes from the beach with motorbike. you can rent it across the street. and next to it you can bring laundry and have a good massage.

the swimmingpool was not filled and under construction. the breakfast was okayish

Very good

great location, comfortable spacious rooms and lovely property.

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance the few days we were there but the staff were very apologetic

Superb

Staff were all super friendly with smiles always, rooms were clean and the location was great, easy walking distance to the town centre. Breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely come back.

Pool area could use a few more beds as it gets quite busy.

Perfect base for exploring the Kuta area

The rooms were really comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely. Location was perfect.

Pool was clean when we got there but got cloudy after the first day. Breakfast was pretty awful. Only 3 very simple choices and very inconsistent. Hot and cold water was also not so consistent.

Ok for one night airport stopover

Good location close to everything you need. Hot showers and pool area nice. WiFi worked well and there is parking.

The property does not really look like it’s main picture pool area wise. We requested a twin room so had to be moved as this wasn’t done. we were then moved to a room that had not been cleaned so that wasn’t great. The hotel was unable to provide a packed breakfast for our early flight which was disappointing. our room was ok but a large cockroach in the night was off putting. The doors need to fit better to stop such.

toilets flushed, lights worked, bed good, air con cooled, shower water was hot. staff friendly . location good.

no storage space in room, no chairs. no drying frame so place looks like a refugee camp with washing drying everywhere , breakfast was poor (how about some rice/noodles even?) million $ TV in room does not show local television, relies on people using own or others Netflix etc logins

Superb

The staff were incredible. Outside space was lovely. The basic rooms had the shower in the room ( not a separate room) which wasn't a great design. We got upgraded to the superior room which was v. Nice. Breakfast was simple.

Very good

Allthough the pool area is not any more as projected (double beds are gone), it is still a nice outside area. Price/quality ratio is great. Rooms are specious and clean. Breakfast is limited but fine. Staff is always there to provide usefull tips with regards to the area/restaurants. Kuta area is amazing. Lots of restaurants and the many bays are wonderfull. Get a scooter (via the hotel) to disclver the suroundings.

Maybe some more breakfast possibilities?

Amazing . Highly recommendable !

My experience in Kuta Baru was outstanding. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to many places to eat and all kinds of services. The staff is the best thing about the hotel, always ready to help with anything you need and always with a smile. They helped me to rent a motorbike, look for surfing spots, do the laundry.... It was so wonderful that I was going to stay two nights and extended my stay up to 1 week. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is very good and the pool is super nice. Totally recommendable, I will definitely come back again!!

ok but not great. good location. avoid breakfast!

pool was nice and good location

bedrooms had no decoration so felt like a prison. stairs leading up to room were steep and crumbling. sink leaked onto everything. breakfast was terrible! “French toast” was just dry toast with no egg or syrup and only 3 berries. “Breakfast quesadilla” had no cheese and tasted a bit rancid?

That the room we booked wasn't available on the first night and that they were still advertising a room of that type as being available.

I am a bit disappointed with the stay as it is not up to my expectation.

The location is good as walking distance to kuta beach and the main road, there are also plenty of restaurant/cafe nearby. I think there is also scooter rental in front of the hotel (charges).

I thought all the room are with pool view but I was not given a pool view. Welcome drink was not given even though the booking stated included. The amenities inside the room has to be improved, there is no door for the bathroom and many mosquitoes in the room. Also lack of toilet paper and dustbin in the room.
