The location is great, and the gym facilities are well-equipped.
The breakfast quality wasn't great, and the music by the pool was a bit too loud.

The location of the hotel is very good. It has two very nice pools with plenty of sun during the day.
The room floor kept on feeling dirty eventhough it was cleaned everyday. Also the toilet and shower had a loads of mold. The toilet was leaking all the time. The shower was really poor. The towels were really old and worn down. Also, we had a situation where our room could not be opened by our keycard. The staff came to help quickly but could not fix it. It took them over 3 hours o fix the lock of the door. We were offered a free cocktail but just wanted a soft drink which was not possible strangely.
Eventhough the staff was very helpful, I do feel we should have received some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.
