Great location and staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast adequate and coffee available all day.
Gardens and pool area lovely and well cared for.
Quite quiet given proximity to centre. Amorin and all the staff were very polite and keen to help.
Bit of a drain smell but this seems more a Lombok water issue.
No safe in room which meant carrying everything with us.

The staff was clearly trained to anticipate needs and be kind/welcoming to guests. They were on top of everything and always available to support. The room is clean, cool, and comfy. I enjoyed the mie goreng and fruits for breakfast :)
I left my luggage there on my checkout day and when I returned the staff treated me to dessert and a cappuccino!
Also helpful that the wifi was consistent and nearby great cafes/restaurants if I needed connection.
It's a lovely space, maybe not the newest or freshest building but it did the job and I'm satisfied regardless :)

Location is great right in the town centre and next to a mini mart & pharmacy
The pool is nice, though definitely no longer as lush and green as the photos make out
The staff were lovely
Ping pong table was brand new and fun to play in the evening
The room was not in good condition at all - the walls were filthy and all the facilities inside need a complete replacement, everything looks like it's from the 50s
The mattress was very old and loud, it bent in the middle when you sat down
Room was very small even for a standard room
The shower drain was blocked and the bathroom overall was very smelly
The toiletries provided were not nice and looked extremely old
Breakfast at 9.30 was freezing cold
Loud construction work going on next door which started very early
