Leckeres Frühstück (man konnte eine Option von einer Karte auswählen + Kaffee oder Tee + Saft), sehr nettes Personal, bequemes Bett, täglicher Zimmerservice mit Wasser, Kaffee und Tee, schöne Regendusche im Freien
Die Preise für Services wie Rollervermietung oder Taxitransfer waren etwas teurer als außerhalb.

The staff were amazing and very helpful with attractions to go see and also scooter hire. They were very friendly and great with the kids.
The rooms were very large with comfortable beds and bedding.
the family room/kitchen had no aircon or TV which meant the only places to relax were in the separate bedrooms. Although we were not in Lombok to laze around or watch TV, with two young kids sometimes its nice for them to relax and watch a movie at night time.
