Our first room, was not to good and the staff was super kind, the change us to a better one.
I like the breakfast it’s good enough.
But I have to say, the staff it’s amazing, they are all super kind, thank you so much.

Our room was huge, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, plus the breakfast was good. Location was great being not too far from the beach and close to lots of restaurants.
Other than the room aircon all was good.
The LG air conditioner in the room did not seem to respond very well to the remote control, ie it was hard to turn on/off requiring multiple clicks. (A strange problem not related to the remote control battery that I have never encountered before). 🤔

The breakfast was very tasty and included a variety off western and Indonesian options. also had coffee, tea, juice and fresh fruit in the morning. All of the staff was very nice, the receptionist Emy and the restaurant staff. Our stay was perfect we even extended.
Honestly nothing that the stay could have changed. The street is kind of busy as its near the main streets but you cant hear it from the rooms nor can you hear the hostels from your room which is great considering the proximity.

The shower, low pressure, lack of hot water several times and once almost without water.
