Heerlijk!

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, bedden sliepen heerlijk, locatie is top.

De moskee heeft ons elke ochtend vroeg wakker gemaakt. De water druk in de douche zou iets beter kunnen.

A perfect stay in Kuta Lombok

It was the nicest place we ever stayed in all Bali & Lombok. Martha’s windows welcomes families and children in all ages so creates a family atmosphere were it’s impossible not to feel like at home. The place is beautiful and cozy, well located 2 min walking from main road but still quiet. The place is impeccable clean with comfortable bed, well decorated . It’s has a small garden with a perfect sized swimming pool to relax after a day on the beach or in the morning before you go out. You can sit, relax and read a book. For the youngest kids there is a sand box with plenty of toys. The breakfast was delicious. The fruit was fantastic , home made bread and Jam…It’s was the best banana pancake in the whole trip. Marta has a host it’s amazing, she gave us fantastic tips and helped us to book and activities and even an accommodation to extend our stay in Kuta. All the team is friendly and helpful. They offer services as laundry and motorbike renting. Marta is doing great efforts to protect the environment, reducing plastic waste offering free filtered water and eco friendly amenities! Highly recommend and we would like to stay there again!

A little oasis of zen!

Caring, attentive staff - in particular Tony who kindly took me to places on his motorbike (as I didn't have a bike) and gave me great food recommendations. Generally all staff ensured all needs were taken care off. The rooms and facilities were really clean, the property was close enough to the main area but so quite and relaxing once inside. As a solo traveller I felt really protected here.

Maybe a smoothie bowl option for breakfast (but that's definitely just a nice to have rather then this impacting anyone decision to stay!). Also if flashlights could be provided as the walk back can be quite dark.

Stylish bungalows in a quiet but central location.

Our bungalow was very stylish, comfortable and spacious. The pool was great for cooling off in and we liked that Marta's is set back off the main strip so it was quiet. The staff were very attentive, even if there was sometimes a language barrier.

Everything was perfect.

Marta is an awesome host. She gave very valuable tips, only things that she has done or experienced herself. She was very helpful and kind with everything. The staff was also very nice. We even stayed longer than expected because we enjoyed it so much. We will definitely come back.

Marta and her team were very welcoming! The room was comfortable and cozy, with an exceptional view from the window. You can walk to the center on foot, so the location is perfect if you are not driving a scooter. Also, the staff is amiable, and the owner is always ready to help and answer any questions.

Friendly and cozy

Marta and her staff are delightful hosts. We stayed in one of the bungalows overlooking the pool. The bungalows offer a bit of privacy. They are tastefully decorated.

The property offers easy access to Kuta’s main street.

Homelike, welcoming, fun!

Great location! walking distance to all the best cafes Kuta has to offer, staff were always friendly and Marta was so lovely ! we really enjoyed our stay here!

Our doors leaked with the rain water but the staff were very on top of it and cleaned it up every morning for us so it wasn’t really an issue, The bathroom shower had an open roof which was nice but rain water came in a bit too far but wasn’t too bad :)

Everything perfect

Friendly staff that were so good with our children, great breakfast, nice location, cute garden with pool. Marta was also so helpful when we needes transport/ferry etc Would definitely stay again!

A perfect stay!

I will start with people as they made our stay in Marta’s Windows just perfect! Marta (the owner) is very kind and extremely helpful person! She also hired a very positive group of employees who were always super polite with guests! The place is beautiful and well kept. The room was very clean and spacious. What I like the most were small details which make really big difference like a water dispenser for refills, towels for the pool, breakfast option, additional toiletries in bathroom, minibar, menu for food delivery from nearby restaurants. All this things just made our stay easier! And personally I admire that everything was so well thought through. Just 10 out of 10;)!

It is very nice hotel with the cozy rooms. The swimming-pool was perfect and clean. The owner is super-friendly and makes her guests to feel themselves like at home. If i am on Lombok again, I would stay here for sure. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay with the most wonderful host! Perfect spot to land in Lombok and get all the insider tips!

Marta and her team take immaculate care of their beautiful property! With only 7 villas and bungalows the place is never overcrowded, the pool is always clean and our every wish was granted! Marta hooked us up with everything we needed and my partner is (two weeks later) still talking about the banana pancake he had every morning for breakfast that he’s been unable to find anywhere like it again! Comfy huge beds, strong AC and great location - we can’t wait to come back to Marta’s Windows! PS there are two amazing places for daily yoga close by: one overlooking the bay on top of the hill and one 5min walking up the road.

Nice experience

Sincerely recommended. Nice stay, we had everything we needed. Good breakfast, we rented a scooter from here, we we're helped by Marta with the transport to Bangsal harbor, also thickets to Nusa Penida. Close to restaurants and the main attractions. Good laundry service

Safe heaven

Very well-mantained place. The owner Marta is always there ready to help you with everything. We stayed at the big villa and it was a great experience. The place was very clean, the staff made sure everything is in the best condition possible. The breakfast was deliscious, wide choice, tasty and healthy. The laundry service was perfect.

The Kuta itself is not a great place to stay but Marta's windows are a cosy safe heaven to escape from touristic crowds.

Great modern boutique hotel right in the centre of Kuta Lombok. Stylish rooms, very comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool, and I appreciate the ease of scooter rentals, which were a great value. Easy walk to a ton of restaurants, and close to Kuta's beach too (though a quick scooter ride will get you to a bunch of even nicer ones, south Lombok is amazing!).

It was a pretty great stay! You are a bit close to some bars, so at night it can get a bit loud; I appreciated the supplied ear plugs. Our room had a bit of sewage smell from the shower, though this is an issue I've had at hotels around the world (I think they need to install one-way valves in the showers, or good drain covers).

Never ever book this accommodation!! warning to all customers. the staff is incompetent. We checked out after one night. according to the staff all was fine (accommodation was booked via credit card). we were called by the owner afterwards saying that we didn’t pay and making lies and excuses and threatening us, only because her staff was to incompetent to check if payment was done. no service whatsoever and an accommodation I will never visit anymore!!

If I could give 20 Pts, I would! The bungalows are awesome and cosy with enough space and a nice view into the lovely garden. The pool was very clean and you could use it any time. Breakfast was always freshly made according to my wishes and served on my own patio. Only three minutes by foot or 1 min with the scooter to the main street with all the restaurants, shops etc. amd still you got the feeling you were at some remote place surrounded by nature. And to top it all there was Marta the owner, who was giving so much energy, heartship and kindness to everyone and made you instantly feel like being at home 🙂 She and her staff were always helpful and reliable, no matter what time or issue. Thanks so much!!

If you are a light sleeper you may get disturbed by the prayers from the mosque at night, but after a while you'll get used to it. Others everything was perfect!

Would definitely stay there again.

Great location - easy walk to restaurants. Lovely spacious room, and super helpful friendly staff. Catered for Gluten Free breakfast with delicious bread!

couldn’t have asked for better!

The staff were incredible, super helpful, attentive and lovely! the room was so comfortable, breakfast was good, lovely pool and location was perfect!

The AC the first night wasn’t too cool, but the staff instantly gave us a fan and fixed the issue the next morning!!!!
