We stayed in four different accommodations during our visit (one family room, two family bungalows, and one single bungalow) because there wasn't a single bungalow available for our entire stay.
The facilities in the bungalows are a little dated, but the owner was always very prompt in fixing any issues we encountered. Fortunately, none of them were major.
The hotel was quiet, and the location was excellent. It has direct access to the beach, and there are plenty of local eateries and the King Kong Supermarket within a 10-minute walk.
The breakfast was excellent throughout our 11-day stay. It was simple but offered a good variety of dishes that changed from day to day. We especially enjoyed the local food options. The restaurant also has a fantastic beachfront setting, making breakfast even more enjoyable.
The only area the hotel should consider upgrading is the hot water system. The water pressure was quite low, and at times there was no hot water at all.
If you are looking for a clean beach, you might be disappointed. But that's not the hotel's fault, nearly all the beaches on Phu Quoc island are like that.
