Allow me to say that this is a place that is meant for specific people. I won't lie.
The room, the food, the pool was dirty, and the staff (except one lady at the reception)were docile, almost unfriendly.

The bed was the hardest I have ever slept on.

Breakfasts were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good.
Dinner was OK but not special. Wireless connectivity was spotty and weak.

Staff was excellent. When we had a hot water problem the plumbing technician had it solved in less than 20 minutes.
