Breakfast was lovely outside, great options and worked for the whole family. Nice to have a garden and feel outdoors. Very nice rooms with balcony and great bathroom facilities. Very comfortable stay.
Top floor restaurant was lovely had to dine before 7pm due to kids rules, would be good to know in advance but had lovely meal.
Were only given 3 beds for a family of 4 maybe it’s suppose to be 3 in a bed?? Asked about airport transfer and was told to just look online myself, no offer to assist, think it was just that particular member of reception as others seemed more willing to help with questions during stay. Great hotel but not sure they want kids as it’s a social meeting hub.

I like the cleanliness of the room and environment. The breakfast is so good and they are generous.
A lot of things happened during my stay that I do not even know where to begin with. First the check-in is supposed to be 2pm. However, I had to leave the hotel for some activities by 4pm because my room wasn't still ready by that time. Got back 7:30pm, tell why my luggage is still at the concierge and the front desk was still looking for a room for me. Had to wait for another 10mins before I was checked-in. The room they gave me was right above the bar on the fifth floor, all the dragging of chairs that happens in the bar is what I had to deal with. Another crazy thing happened that same day. My female friend decided to check in on me after the kind of day I've had, they called from the reception that it is past visitation time. I was super shocked I had to questioned if I was in a boarding school or hospital, the guy said I should come to the reception or restaurant to host my guest. She wasn't allowed up until she told them she came to pick me up for a night out. The worst happened when I was about to check out. They have charged me for a supposed complimentary drink offered to me while I was waiting for my room to be ready. I had already paid, they said they do not to refund that I should take another juice to cover it. I insisted that I wasn't going to take a drink. Stood my ground, when the lady saw I was leaving in anger she decided to pay me the KSH550 that was erroneously charged.
