Breakfast is nice. Location is very good. Parking is not far away. Two rooms for family. One room is very big with a table for four. The kitchen is nice.
No elevator. You have to take luggage upstairs. No air conditioner. Electric fan is OK.

Location, location, location:-)
The Place is easy to find, easy to park and unpack your stuff from the car and than drive to recomended public parking space. 5 minutes walk back to the hotel - and you are set to visit and explore the city of Bamberg right from its historic center;-)
NO AC.
When summer gets hot it becomes a “to-sleep-or-no-to-sleep” issue….

The location is good but also bad. (see bad part) The rooms are cozy and have everything you need for a short stay. The beds are great and everything was clean. Shower has bodywash and shampoo included and the Hotel does provide coffee and tea for free in the room which is always a great thing to have in the morning. You can set your own mood with the colored lights in the bedroom or go totally disco with the remote lol.
The location is good but also bad. It's right above an Irish bar and because it's an old building you hear everything going on on the streets and on the stairs etc. Drinking in public is legal in this German town so the guests of the Irish pub below will keep you awake for a long time if you don't have earplugs. (The Hotel does provide earplugs in the bathroom tho I have my own). There is no elevator so you have to bring your luggage up the windy stairs.
