I liked how cozy this studio was, everything was very comfy and clean. Had everything you could possibly need, decor was lovely and I enjoyed the use of texture and natural materials throughout. The garden was a good size and the tortoises were adorable and a lovely addition. The property overall was quite large and very secure with 2 passcodes needed to enter.
There was one window quite high on the back wall with no curtain or sunshade, waking us up quite early.

Super location (very close to the center and the sea), and yet not noisy at all. The little garden and the terrace are fantastic. The host is very friendly and helpful, and the access is easy.

Super nettes Appartement im Zentrum von Rovinj.
Ein bißchen abgeschieden, aber genau richtig, damit man nicht dem "Lärm" ausgesetzt ist.
Komme gerne wieder !

The garden is lovely, however, the interior is distinctly lacking. Unfortunately, it is tired and old and does not meet today's standards. Two of the windows didn't have blinds, the kitchen area was very dated, as was the bathroom.. The bed was comfortable.
No kettle, no toiletries in the bathroom, towels and linen were extremely ojd and thin. No bedside tables or lights by the bed.
The TV only had local channels. The entry passage smelt damp. I say this to encourage the owners to invest a bit, which would make this a great apartment..
