The location, cleanliness and amenities.
It was comfortable, but think the bedding can be considered to be replaced. The matress is quite slept through with a trough in it. Cushions uneven with bulges and linen needs replacement. Otherwise it was perfect and we enjoyed it.

The location of this property was perfect, right in front of the water. It had a lot of space inside the house which is always good.
The host could have been more welcoming, and messages were often hard to follow - full of spelling mistakes and unclear directions. The most frustrating part was finding out hours after storing food and drink in the fridge, that the fridge had never been turned on by the host. We'd stored things in it for hours only to discover everything had gone warm. After contacting the host, we learned the fridge simply hadn't been switched on and had to figure out how to turn it on ourselves. It also would have been a nice touch to find some water in the fridge on arrival, especially since the shop next door was closed and we had to take a taxi into town for supplies.
Also bear in mind during summer months the house gets very warm with no air conditioning available.
Keep in mind when using the shower that it leaks out onto the floor as there is no drainage. The host should provide a shower mat for this.
