Absolutamente todo, nos hacia sentir como en casa, y una ubicación perfecta, tiene todo lo necesario hasta vestidor! La cama era cómoda, buena comunicación con quien lo gestiona, cerca de la parada del bus al aeropuerto tambien, para comprar hay un Lidl a unos minutos, un alojamiento perfecto para una ciudad tan bonita como Budapest!
Nada que objetar!

The location is great as it is a quiet area, no bars or noise, very calm and quiet.
All the facilities, very clean, fully equiped kitchen, 1st floor, everything was very comfortable.
Nice bathroom, space for luggage.
Be careful as there is a charge for cleaning included in the final reservation, however you will receive the check-in instructions stating that you have to wash the dishes and throw the rubbish. I clarified it and got the written confirmation that no cleaning is needed.
In the apartment you will find the attached stating the same. This flat must be rented via Airbnb, hence this requirement. However, there is a charge for cleaning, so just pay attention to it and don't clean if you pay for this service.

Posizione ottima e alloggio spazioso. Il proprietario si è dimostrato gentile e tempestivo nelle risposte, una cortesia molto apprezzata. La cucina è ben attrezzata e provvista di tutto il necessario.
L'appartamento si trova a un piano rialzato, il che lo rende un pò rumoroso. È capitato la mattina presto di essere svegliati dalla raccolta rifiuti o lo sbattere del portone d'ingresso.
L'aria condizionata è un climatizzatore portatile molto rumoroso, copre persino l'audio della TV, e ci ha costretti a tenerlo spento, per fortuna non faceva molto caldo.
Il WC è separato dal resto del bagno, ma ho notato essere una soluzione comune in Ungheria.
Infine, pur avendo prenotato per tre persone, il divano letto era in realtà una chaise longue (non estendibile o comunque non molto intuitiva sul come essere aperto). Questo ha reso la sistemazione notturna un pochino scomoda non essendoci spazio a sufficienza per distendersi completamente.
Nonostante ciò lo consiglierei. La posizione è ottima. Se trascorrete maggior parte del tempo fuori direi che è una buona sistemazione.

El precio muy bueno para la ubicación, comodidad y calidad del apartamento.
Es un apartamento remodelado por lo que es normal que algunas cosas se perciban más viejas o desgastadas, pero cumple perfectamente con todo lo necesario.
