A true hidden gem

We had an amazing stay with Limnionas Studios. We rented one of the houses with swimming pools. The location was just exceptional: it is a heaven on Earth! A true hidden gem! Unforgettable experience. We hope to be back one day! I don’t think that words of photos can really describe the beauty of this place. The host was so nice and friendly with us. The house was all new and tidy, the swimming pool was well maintained. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped too.Cleaning was provided on everyday basis. the view from the terrace was spectacular ! The location is remote in a way but you still have several restaurants around. The nearest restaurant on the top is just literally few steps away and it serves amazing food. The beach restaurant down the road is great for a morning coffee or a juice. Both offers amazing view to the sea!

Nothing. The only inconvenience is that the nearest shop is in driving distance (about 10 min drive),so I would recommend this location for those who plan to rent a car. Leaving this place was heartbreaking. I wish I booked it for a longer period!

Remote and secluded it is perfect for some time in nature, while at the same time providing the best comfort with state of the art studios. The staff is incredibly helpful and does their best to meet guests' wishes (they even found a birthday cake for the occasion)!

Peaceful holiday

Quite location, private beach under the shadow of trees. All standard rooms have a great Sea view. Rooms are well equipped. Has a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, coffee & toast machine, French press, coffee pot… Big enough balcony to have breakfast and enjoy the view. There is enough sand area for kids to play on the beach. The sea is clear, but a little rocky. We have seen red starfish, small octopus, many small and big fishes. Be careful with sea urchin. There are two canoe free to use. The owner is very hospitable. When we arrived, he offered us cold drinks as well as a Greek coffee. The cleaning lady is also very gentle. She surprised us by cleaning or dirty dishes. We are very thankful to everyone to make our holiday pleasant. Be aware that the location is one hour and 15 minutes far away from Vathi port by car. There is no meal service so you may need to buy food / beverage before you arrive. Markets are not walking distance, but there is one or two restaurants you can walk. Nearest town is Kampos. You can find several nice restaurants.

We found a little paradise!!!

The studios Limnionas are located at a very beautiful bay on the western side of Samos. What we found was a little paradise with 10 lovely studios, lovely and very clean, operated by two brothers Nicos and Antonis. They have sunbeds and two sea kajacs which can be used by the guests for free. When we went out with the kajacs we even saw a family of dolphins which made the kajak experience even more special. But the thing that makes studios limnionas such a great pleace is the family and the staff working there. All of the people are incredible helpful and generous with their time and advice. If there was something missing in the kitchenette, they provided it immediately. We will definitely go back there!!!

Perfect spot to swich off from daily routines.

Amazing location,quiet and secluded. Few steps from apartment to the beach. Friendly and welcoming host. Lots of small,secluded beaches in few minures walk away.

Loved it!

The apartment located at a wonderful bay. Its new and good furnished. Its quiet and secluded. The pool and the house have a breathtaking view. There is a lovely restaurant up in the hill to eat at night. I would definitely visit here again.

The bay is little bit far from everywhere, its better to rent a car to get there. There are is no facility or a refrigerator to eat or drink at the apartment complex's beach. Its better to bring your own cooler to keep cold your drinks.

Absolutely lovely!

Hosts were extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive. Brand new accommodation with kitchen, private pool, parking and an incredible view.

Wonderful hope to visit next year.

The room was great. The landscaping was beautiful and the their beach was fantastic The rooms were exceptionally clean so clean you could eat off the floors. The house keeper was very chearful and friendly and greated us everyday.

A little piece of paradise

The studios were pretty much over a private beach and when we were there in July we had the beach almost to ourselves. It was very windy but the beach was more sheltered than most. There was good shade and snorkeling was reasonable to. Perfect for couples but families might prefer the local beach. The taverna above the property was very good too. There was a coffee machine and free filter papers. There was a sandwich toaster and a good range of glasses and crockery etc.

Well you can't have it both ways but it was some way from the airport and other local tavernas. Samos is big so you might want two locations to explore the whole island. There was only one socket in the small kitchen area.

Very quiet location with a private beach. The apartment was very spacious with a lot of natural shade all around. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Many other beaches are within walking distances.

The water in Limnionas is a bit colder than on the other side of the island. The nearest supermarket is 8 km away.

A really special place.

This family run place is a real find! Quiet, very friendly and in the most stunning location at the end of the road in Limnionas, right on its own little beach and jetty, in the shadow of Mount Kerkis. Kostas was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff (he makes a very nice welcome Freddo too!) The studios are clean and comfortable and well equipped, so it is easily possible to make a light meal and eat it on your terrace. I loved the free canoes to go exploring around the bay!

Nothing - I would stay again immediately! However there are a couple of things to note other travellers might find useful: It is at the end of the road, at the end of the island! This makes it extremely peaceful, but while there are a couple of okay tavernas in walking distance, if you want choice for dining or to go to the shops, you need to drive to Kampos, 15 mins away. (This also means, it is worth doing your grocery shopping in larger batches!). I found the taverna behind the accom to be decent for meat dishes. Other guests said Galini further up the village was worth a try, and Psili Ammos Taverna on the coast road and Nick the Greek in Kampos were good for fish. Also, the supermarket in Kampos is surprisingly large and well stocked, so you don’t need to bring everything from one of the larger shops in one of the towns.
