The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the beach, Agadir Bay, restaurants, and cafés. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the furniture and facilities are very well maintained. The staff are excellent, professional, and very welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Hassan at the reception for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. I would also like to thank Ms. Chadia and Mr. Ibrahim for their excellent service, as well as Mr. Ismail from technical support. The housekeeping service was excellent, and Ms. Hiba deserves special recognition for her outstanding work and attention to detail.
The hotel is excellent overall, but a few things could be improved. As an example landline telephones in the rooms need to be replaced with newer models. Other than that everything is fine.

A large hotel with lots of people staying. Close to bustling area to eat with a variety of choices for dining. Rooms are clean and spacious with a kitchenette- the fridge was very handy. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We wanted three beds and I hadn’t realised that all rooms have 2 single beds pushed together and any other beds are made up on the settee. Not great for three adults. Pool area was nice, friendly staff looking after the area. Pool was very cold even in August! Pool area is only open 9am- 7:30pm. We had breakfast on one of the days- not that great with limited choice. We preferred to go to the Diminion hotel next door and order the express breakfast for 49DHM- it was ample and very good value for money.
Restricted Pool opening times. Load music playing by the pool the whole time.

Nice and good
The were not connection set up in the room for iPhones. This is bad. Also there were no water bottle provided in a daily basic. Had to buy it from outside, really? This was not acceptable.
