Comfortable bed, good shower, very good price.
Friendly helpful reception staff particularly Mustapha.
I like the area of Founty.
Noticeable nasty dank smell in reception on arrival, burn some incense!
I was offered a choice of 2 rooms and warned about noise from the nightclub, but I heard nothing and slept very well on the 3rd floor.
Sea view was obscured by a large partly built building, shame but Agadir is developing everywhere.

For the price, Resident Rihab is excellent value compared to nearby hotels. I stayed in a basic studio flat with self-catering facilities - fridge, cutlery, and simple kitchenware (though no kettle). The room and hallways were spotless, cleaned daily by a very warm and friendly lady. The staff were great, with Suleiman in particular being extremely helpful and attentive. The location is another big plus - a 7-minute walk to the beach and about 4 minutes the other way to the city centre. Most tourist spots are within reachable distance, and the area feels very safe with families, children, and groups out and about late into the evening.
The main drawback is the noise from nearby nightclubs, which blast cheerful Arabic music until 2 or 3 a.m. This isn’t unique to Resident Rihab though – most hotels in the area seem to have the same issue, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The pool is also more suited to families with children, so as a solo traveller it wasn’t really my spot to relax. Thankfully, with the beach so close, that’s not much of a problem.
