Zelo okusna hotelska restavracija, ki je vsekakor ena od boljših stvari v tem hotelu. Čisto ok hotel, ki pa ni v nobenem pogledu kakšen presežek. Sobe so pa zelo velike.
V 4-ih nočeh, kolikor smo bili nastanjeni tam, niso prišli niti enkrat pospraviti sobe, kljub temu, da so bile sobarice vedno v bližini...
Največji minus pa je zvočna izolacija oken, ki je praktično ni in je ponoči občutek, kot da si na cesti.

Les meubles vieux, poignées rouillé, Évier de la cuisine roulée.
Pas de télévision dans la chambre, ni de climatisation.
Salle de bain une catastrophe trop a l’ancienne on inonde tous.
Et pour terminer araignée dans le lit, en secouant les draps et les oreillers

Bien que vieillissante, la structure était parfaitement propre sauf la piscine en sous sol du vert et du moisi autour. Celle ci est chauffée mais à 23°.Nous avons été très bien accueilli et on nous a bien expliqué le système de ménage à la carte Il faut demander le matin en laissant la clé à la réception. Nous ne nous sommes pas servi de la kitchenette car le point fort de l établissement est son restaurant qui est vraiment très bon très copieux et pas cher vous pouvez prendre une entrée comme plat tellement c'est copieux et que des produits frais. Les appartements sont très grands et spacieux. Le personnel est très attentif et gentil.
Manque un livret d 'accueil et mode
d emploi pour la TV.

De locatie was perfect qua afstand van het strand. Alleen jammer dat er geen supermarkt of iets dichtbij was.

The only 2 things liked about the hotel was that the apartment rooms were large and the staff were polite, but were mostly unwilling or unable to resolve the vast majority of complaints we raised.
We don't believe that the reviews on booking.com are real nor do they reflect the reality as they are totally opposite to our own and other families at hotel's experience. We recommend you read the tripadvisor reviews of people complaining. But where do we start? It's a very long list and there other families were also complaining too:-
MAJOR issues which are UNSAFE for families with children:
- Broken and DANGEROUS electric sockets,
- Outdoor pool area is VERY DANGEROUS for children - Sharp and loose flagstones, Extremely dirty water with little maintenance
- Indoor pool water is very cold and it's very depressing with little light
- Broken shower,
- Faulty extractor
- Little Security - There are no safes in any rooms, the hotel is in a dead and run-down area with lots of dark alleys with little to no lighting with hardly any taxis or people around. Upon check-out, you have no secure room to keep your luggage - in fact you are told to put the luggage in one of the staff-member's office. The balcony door locks don't work, so they are open day and night.
Other SIGNIFICANT problems:
- Broken door locks (we got locked out!),
- Beds are extremely uncomfortable - You don't get double or king size beds - instead they join two single beds which are different in height, so the person ends up getting back pain. Children are forced to sleep on slim sofas which actually cannot be converted to sofa beds. The mattresses are horrible.
- Old dirty furniture,
- Zero WiFi - Wifi around the hotel is non-existent and hotel have no staff that can fix it. Instead they tell you to purchase data and use your mobiles as WIFI hotspots.
- There is NIL entertainment and children are bored. They have nothing at all to do for anyone.

Very spacious apartments with friendly staff who are willing to help with upgraded rooms and late check out at no extra cost.
The indoor pool was supposed to be heated but was actually cold and only via stairs to get to it. Location is great if you’re driving otherwise a bit of a long walk to shops and beach. Besides that great place would definitely stay again if in Agadir.

Absolument rien !
Personnel malpoli et malhonnête qui réclame le paiement de la ts pour des enfants de moins de 12 ans. L'appartement est délabré, sale, sans entretien, pleins de cafards. Pas de produits d'hygiène comme spécifié dans l'annonce. Nous avons réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais il a fallu aller réclamer le linge de lit et de douche pour les enfants et pourtant nous avons bien payé pour eux et ils ont le culot de réclamer une TS ! Les autres voyageurs malpolis et malveillants qui ne respectent rien, du bruit,des portes qui claquent, des chaises tirées en plein milieu de la nuit et du bruit constant toute la journée dans les couloirs impossible de se reposer !!!! C'est honteux. Ah oui une piscine intérieure censée être réservée aux femmes mais présence d'hommes, aucune règle respectée. Franchement j'avais hésité avec un autre hôtel j'ai fini par me laisser tenter par la piscine intérieure censée être chauffée et réservée aux femmes et bien qu'elle déception ! Aucune confiance également les portes des appartements fonctionnent encore avec une clef et non une carte magnétique ! Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommande pas. Il y a d'autres hôtel avec de meilleures prestations pour un prix similaire.

Alles was oud en versleten, erg aan renovatie toe.
Kregen eerst een kamer aan de achterkant terwijl we zwembadzicht geboekt hadden. Hiervan bleef de wc lopen en trok slecht door. Gelijk kregen we een kamer met zwembadzicht.

Little old structure. they would need a renovation honestly. the indoor pool is really old. The appartment forniture are also old. they should start a step by step renovation. but clean and nice people!!

Good value for the price, location is perfect and clean, staffs are superb and catered to our needs, restaurant is the best as they serve clean and good food, the best food in Agadir for the price range. Will surely book this property again when back in Agadir and recommend to friends.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży. Czysta pościel w sypialni.
Pokój jak i cały hotel wymaga sporego remontu. W pokoju niestety brudno, obrzydzenie przy korzystaniu z łazienki. Na balkonie brak mebli, więc można sobie tam co najwyżej postać. Mimo zaznaczenia o potrzebie dwóch miejsc do spania, nie dostaliśmy drugiego kompletu pościeli. Na zameldowanie musieliśmy czekać ponad godzinę, ponieważ poprzedni lokatorzy przedłużyli dobę hotelową.

Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié l’état de l’appartement. L’appartement est très mal entretenu. La porte de la chambre ne pouvait pas se fermer. Les fenêtres restait ouvertes. Il y avait une très mauvaise isolation des fenêtres. Heureusement qu’il faisait assez bon à cette période là. Très vieille salle de bain. C’est dommage, car dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est super, sauf les appartements qui restent à désirer au niveau de l’entretien il fait sale, vieux et abîmer après pour le prix on peut fermer les yeux mais quand même je m’attendais pas à ça

Le personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. L’emplacement proche de la mer. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour trois standards nous avons eu un appartement avec deux chambres ce qui était bien et gentil de la part du personnel. Grand balcon.
La propreté de la chambre, des cafards dans la salle de bain, sous le canapé et dans le salon. Les équipements dans la cuisine sont vieillissants, et usés. La salle de bain est une catastrophe, impossible de prendre sa douche sans inondé la salle de bain car il n’y a pas de bordure.

Nous avons été surclassés en appartement avec vue sur la piscine et la mer, magnifique vue!
L'appartement est spacieux, propre et confortable.
Liquide vaisselle, éponge, savon pour les mains et papier toilettes, rien ne manque.
Le restaurant est très bon et les prix très raisonnables.
L'emplacement est top, entre 5 et 10 min:
- à pied de la mer,
- en voiture du centre commercial Marjane, super pratique pour aller faire ses courses.
- en taxi du Souk El Had.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir 🙂
L'insonorisation quand on dort dans le salon on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.
La porte d'entrée de l'appartement se fermait mal, il y avait du jeu.
