Comfortable hotel, good breakfast, nice customer-oriented service. Just for example, at the raining day on reception of the hotel you can get an umbrella and walk in the Jermuk's park.

Bathroom, location on the lake.
Staff, services, poor breakfast, staff attitude, small rooms, tiny beds and very bad service in Terrace restaurant.
