Everything, the location is easy to find. Open car park right outside for our camper. The room is clean. We had dinner and breakfast there, the food is so tasty and some veggies, tea and fruits are fresh from their garden. Karine is super friendly and speak perfect English. She told us everything we could see and experience in Sisian area.
Nothing and if really need name one thing, it will be nice to have a mirror in the room. When one occupying the bathroom, the other can still do beauty stuff outside.

I don't often write reviews because I rarely find places like Karin B&B. Firstly, it's a very clean and quiet place. Secondly, Karin is a wonderful cook, and in addition to delicious breakfasts, you can also order unique dinners from her, featuring local dishes made with local produce. You can enjoy them in her beautiful garden. Karin is a lovely person and speaks excellent English. She will help you plan your time in the Sisian area, and if you want to see something special, she will arrange a local guide, Sasun, who will take you high into the mountains, where you can also admire petroglyphs by a beautiful lake.

Karin is echt een geweldig enthousiaste host, heel gastvrij. Spreekt uitstekend engels en kan goede tips geven over de omgeving. Diner en ontbijt heel verzorgd met veel groenten en fruit uit eigen tuin.
Het 2-persoonsbed kan beter. De twee aan elkaar geschoven bedden liggen niet echt comfortabel en mn de matrassen zijn behoorlijk hard (hoewel dat ook persoonlijk kan zijn).
