The location is perfect. It’s really close to the beach but also in a very nice and peaceful area of the city.
It’s very clean, very comfortable, with more amenities that I expected (fridge, coffee, kettle, lock-in closet…)
There’s a TV for those who need:)
It’s very quiet also and honestly it’s excellent value for this quality.
Wayan and his staff are very friendly.
I’m really happy I stayed there. Excellent place.

It’s not far from the beach. They keep it clean. The room is not bad
It’s noisy being the only room for guests it’s closest to the street. There is no included breakfast which makes the room to an expensive option as we have paid only a view dollars more for other guest houses where breakfast would be included and where a pool would be available. As the others that stay in units are permanent residents there is no interaction with other guest as there are none.
