Good, central location, and very clean, like-new room fitout. Also, the owner Wayan was very friendly and accommodating. The room was good value for the price.
Wi-Fi signal strength at the second floor rooms was weak, and there was next to no privacy on the balcony from the room next door.

- Quiet back alley with easy walking distance to food, massages, beach and malls
- Cold air-conditioning
- Clean and comfortable
- Everything looked and felt new
- The rooms are mosquito proof!!!
- The wifi dropped out a fair bit
- Hot water ran out after about 5 minutes, not a big deal though as Bali is hot anyway

L’accueil est le responsable sont géniaux et arrangeant, une chambre de cet propreté à ce prix là c’est très fort !
La proximité avec la plage et de nombreux restaurants est également un point fort, on a même prolongé notre séjour ici.
