Very peaceful rural location in the Staffordshire Moorlands, and an easy 15 minute drive into central Stoke. Everything worked well, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The owner and her daughter responded instantly if I had a question.

Wifi would be great, especially as the phone signal isn’t that strong in the area. Otherwise it was wonderful!

The premises and the owner was amazing. But wont be booking again as this goes through Skye Cottages and they are not helpful at all

Not happy with Skye Cottages. I made the booking for 2 weeks, then shortly after i had to cancel the 2nd week. Skye Cottage through booking.com told me that i couldn't cancel. When our engineer arrived on site, he explained to the owner and she it was absolutely fine and if i contact through booking.com, i could cancel and get the 2nd week refunded. I am still going backwards and forwards with Skye Cottages as they are refusing to refund me. I am going to have to call them today and try to finally get this resolved/refunded.
