The staff was very helpful;
breakfast very good;
room was clean and confortable.
Unfortunately I was assaulted outside the hotel when I was arriving one night. It is an extreme negative point on any stay in São Paulo's downtown these days. I know the robbery is spread all over the neighborhood but it would be a good decision to have a security guard watching the place 24 hours. It happened a few meters of the hotel´s door... Horrible experience.
