Great location, quiet location at night with the courtyard, comfortable interior with plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, dining room and living room provided good places to gather. In a beautiful scenic location in Old Town.
A little difficult to ventilate - the casement windows are tough to keep open and we didn’t figure out that the skylights opened until the second day. It would have been nice to have some more instructions on how to use things like the sauna and the skylights, etc. It’s about a 10 minute walk to groceries and transportation. Be aware - this is not the easiest place to get to in a car due to narrow streets and cobblestones; it’s better to be able to walk in and out.

Apartment 1 needs some more work
The small beds and durability of them in apartment 1 in toom Rüütli . Water pressure in the taps in apartment 18 in toom tooli n.o7

Apartment 12, is one of the best available, an we love it everytime we get that room, number 1 makes number 12 look like palace, where number 1 feels very small, with no views and felt rougher even the single beds was cheaper an small and any pressure the wooden panels would fall out.

Generally the location is in the heart of Tallinn and a flat is in pretty nice condition, having also all you need for pair nights staying.
After longer warm and sunny period this flat could be like a sauna. Also warning for older people: the situation is on high level, you have to climb up ab. 40 meters every time (by stairs or via uphill road). In addition TV's controlling is out of order, sometimes it lost internet connection and the rest of time it's asking user information.
