Perfect location, very cozy apartment and a smooth, hassle-free check-in process.
The apartment was also well soundproofed. With the windows closed, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside.
The cleanliness could have been better. There were some stains and residue in the toilet, the drains were dirty, and there was dust in the bathroom.
More towels would have been appreciated, but unfortunately, additional towels came at an extra cost. We were provided with one large and one small towel per person, but there was no separate hand towel for drying our hands after using the toilet. I personally wouldn’t want to use my face towel for that.
The garbage disposal area could also be better signposted, especially since guests are expected to take out their own trash at the end of their stay.
Another issue was that the shower tended to flood the bathroom floor.

Location was fantastic. Communication was excellent. Room was big, well appointed, warm and comfortable.
Smoke detectors very sensitive and picked up steam from shower.

Fantastic location! A beautiful modern apartment well equipped
There was no hot water. In was barely lukewarm. I booked the place because of the beautiful tub. I had to boil water in the kettle for a hot bath. They said it was because the city of tallinn controlled the water temp which I know is not true. Said it was a matter of personal taste to want hot water for a bath. Also they did not disclose in there post on booking that there are 75 steep spiral stairs that lead to the apartment. It was horrible trying to lug baggage and groceries with no assistance. Very dishonest people who will not take responsibility. Booking needs to do better screening places
