Super close to the Bocadasse beach! Maybe like 5-6min walking.
Great value for the money:)
No elevator as the building is quite old. I had one small suitcase so it was okay for me. But might be not very comfy for someone with big bags

A cheap B&B place, good bus connection to city centre (5-6km).
The bathroom was in corridor, but it was private (only for us; locked), so actually very decent.

not too far from wonderful piazza di Nettuno and close beach . The cleaning lady and the owner nice people. Room clean and comfortable, bath also good.
Booked as B&B but no breakfast unless you pay extra. They told me it is a " affittacamere" = rooms for rent . Advisable to get abreakfast at the bar, coffee shop nearby. Would recommend only for young people. No lift and 4 stairs to the 2nd floor.
Also not close to the train station Sturla. No taxis available there, woud recommend to organise a pick up before arrival. Hard to get to the B&B with luggage by walking.
