Amazing value for money, super comfortable hotel room

We loved our stay here! We stayed in a very comfortable room with desk and smart tv. The bathroom had a bath tub, which was lovely too. The beds were very nice and duvet/comforter felt luxurious! Nice slippers and pajamas were also provided, alongside other amenities. Staff was friendly and helped making reservations and answering questions. Also allowed us to check in a little early. There’s a little cafe downstairs, perfect for a morning coffee. The location is amazing - all the main sites are within walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

One minor point that could be improved was the WiFi connectivity in the room, which was weak.

Great position for a nice hotel with all the comfort. Easy to reach from station

Hotel is pretty nice and in a very good position to reach both city center (castle), fish market and the station. Rooms are quite big respect usual japanese size, with all the normal comforts. Really good price/quality

Just wi-fi was a little slow sometimes

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pacific

The staff were really lovely. The room was extremely clean and i was super comfortable the the PJs they provided. We loved that we could hire bikes out and they were really cheap. I would definitely come back here again

Clean room and comfy bed. Very kind and helpful staff! There is a lovely cafe downstairs with wonderful coffee. A short walk away from Omicho market and Kanazawa Castle.

Fantastic location, nicely decorated and super friendly staff!

Really nice vibe. Centrally located is perfectly situated in the middle of all the viewing sites. The staff is super friendly. The coffee is delicious. They have rooms for solo travelling, which is rare to find! I loved my cozy room for one :)

The carpet floor. I am not a fan of carpet floors :)

Good hotel, amazing staff.

This is my second review of Hotel Pacific, Kanazawa. I am not going to repeat what I said previously, but just say that I returned to Kanazawa for another night just to stay at this hotel one more time before returning to the UK. Why? Because the staff are amazing. In the future, when I think about my holiday in Japan, I will always remember the friendship of the Hotel Pacific staff.Yes, I would truly say that they have become friends in just three days. You can't ask for more than that.

lovely little hotel in perfect location

the hotel is very cute and in a central location. everything is in walking distance. the bed was super comfy and the room had everything you need.

the room is small, but for solo travellers absolutely sufficient.

Awesome stay, great room, close to nearby tourism sights

A wonderful hotel, with amazingly friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, modern, updated rooms built around what seem to be more older "bones" of a hotel. Very clean room and toilet area, with modern amenities. Excellent WiFi and workspace table in the room. Comfortable, big bed. The room itself was quite large as well compared to other hotels I have stayed in, nice to spread out a bit. The hotel is less than a block over from Omicho market, so it's really convenient to get to the hotel from the JR station by bus, and a great experience walking around the market browsing. The hotel is also close on the path towards Kanazawa castle. Their rental bikes are excellent, great price too, and made getting around Kanazawa really easy for the day. Helped me reach some further destinations easier than by bus. Staff are really nice, and it was great chatting with them in general! I hope to stay again on my next visit to Kanazawa, Hotel Pacific really helped make my Kanazawa stay awesome! I really appreciate everything!

A lovely little hotel!

Upon arrival the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I was even able to check in a little early. The room itself was perfect for one person, very comfortable and clean. From the hotel it's very easy to walk to a nearby park and other attractions. It's also right next to Omicho Market, which has some great food! On the ground floor there is a cute little cafe to have coffee or tea in the morning. Overall a really lovely stay!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from JR station, so if you have a lot of luggage it's probably best to take a taxi or a bus.

Good value gem

The staff were lovely, spoke great english and always had big beaming smiles morning and night. The cafe on the bottom floor is beautiful and gave us the best coffees we've had in Japan a real taste of home. The location is amazing so close to the market and the touristic attractions in Kanazawa.

Very good

Cool hotel very close to the main sights of the city. The room is very small, but comfortable. Pyjamas and slippers are also provided. There is a nice café on the first floor with wide selection of coffee and drinks.

The bathroom is really small, you can barely turn around in it.

Superb

Hotel is in really close proximity to most of the main attractions such as Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle & Kenrouku-en so you won't have to take the local buses to most attractions. Especially if you love seafood, you can walk to Omicho Market which is really close by. Staff was really friendly, and the room was really clean. Definitely value for money.

Hotel's a tad bit far from the JR station on foot, but you can easily take the local bus to a stop near the hotel. This was not a problem since I wanted to be closer to the attractions. All in all, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

quite location not far from entrance to castle park. complimentary bicycles of good quality. choice of Japanese or western style room. very close to food arcade, market and shopping galore.
