Obiekt bardzo czysty. Bardzo miły personel. Smaczne jedzenie. Odbierają za darmo tuktukiem z przystanku autobusowego i odwożą na dworzec co jest super!

Na zorganizowanym Safari kierowca był niemiły. Nie jest to wina obiektu, ale psuje trochę cały odbiór. Problemem jest zamawianie jedzenia - bez względu na porę słyszeliśmy że jest too late na śniadanie, lunch czy kolację, ale finalnie udało nam się zamówić po małej wymianie zdań.

Les gérants sont très gentils et aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Nous avons fait le Safari de Yala en passant par eux, c’était parfait, all-inclusive! On peut manger sur place, il font restaurant. A 20 minutes à pied de la station de bus, mais possibilité de tuk tuk. Nous recommandons ! Bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Lovely home stay in Nature. The room was very spacious with good a/c and ceiling fan. The bathroom had a decent shower for Sri Lankan standards with hot water. They lended us two bikes for free for us to cycle around the area (highly suggested!) - the area is surrounded by rice paddies, the lake and numerous stupa temples. We enjoyed the cycle to town, as it is not located in Tissa. A few supermarkets nearby. The dinner was handy to have in location as I wouldn't have walked at night to town. It was also quite good and very cheap. They offered us fresh pineapple juice on our arrival which was highly appreciated Easy to book the safari with them with pick up at 4.30am to be among the first cars in the park. The driver was a nice man and was able to spot a leopard for us!

We didn't have a chance to really enjoy breakfast as we booked the safari with them and had breakfast during the safari. Because we were on the move it wasn't the richest of breakfasts. Some warm drinks would have been appreciated.

Das Personal war meist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als unser Tuktuk bei der Abreise nicht starten wollte, haben sie uns geholfen.

Insgesamt kann ich das La Safari Inn leider nicht empfehlen. Das Badezimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht geputzt. In der Dusche klebten fremde Haare. Die Toilette roch stark nach Urin. Das ist aus meiner Sicht ein absolutes No-Go. Gleiches gilt für den Fingernagel, den ich in meinem Saft gefunden habe. Als ich das Personal darauf aufmerksam machte, haben sie sich nicht entschuldigt. Der Saft wurde mir berechnet.

Stayed here for the safari, run by the hotel which I would recommend. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were kind and accommodating. Helped to sort transport.

I had high hopes of the food but it was disappointing. I also felt unsafe as a solo female traveller in the town - this is no fault of the hotel but something to consider for solo travellers.

Etwas abgelegen und doch ein Stückchen weiter entfernt von Eingang des Yala Nationalparks. Die Safari im Yala ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das liegt nicht nur an der Unterkunft. Der Fahrer von der Unterkunft war etwas hektisch und nur darauf aus den Leoparden zu sehen. Deswegen ist es wahrscheinlich ratsam vorher mit dem Fahrer zu sprechen auf was bei der Safari wert gelegt wird. Aber generell ist der Yala Park so überfüllt, dass man mit den Safari-Autos immer um die beste Sicht auf die Tiere kämpft was die Safari etwas unentspannt für einen selbst aber natürlich auch für die Tiere im Park macht.

Everything corresponds to the description. In the afternoon, before arriving, I asked to be included in the group for the safari at 4:30 in the morning and everything was done, it was very convenient. Everything is as in the photo. The room was quiet and comfortable with a ceiling fan. I was lucky with the safari, there were only 2 people in the jeep besides me, the leopards unfortunately were hiding in the depths of the park, but they saw everyone else, I was killed! Advice, it’s better to take the first half of the day, it usually rains in the second, but of course check the forecast. Safari now costs $55. The owners are very caring. There is a restaurant, very tasty and reasonable prices. Great place for a couple of nights!

I was here one night, even a few hours, to sleep before the morning safari. I liked everything! Perhaps if they install real air conditioners, it will be better.

The property was perfect for what we needed, organised our full day safari for us and the owner was very friendly. Sajee our safari driver was absolutely amazing, found us every animal in the park and knew exactly where to go for different things, a lot of experience even took us to a Hilltop temple after the safari which we never even knew about!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, wir werden sogar von der Busstation abgeholt. Frühstück wie Abendessen waren sehr schmackhaft und vielfältig. Die Organisation einer Safari war kurzfristig zum fairen Preis möglich. Wie die Safari selbst abläuft hängt allerdings von Fahrer ab, unserer war glücklicherweise darauf bedacht dem Gedränge der Jeeps aus dem Weg zu gehen.

Vom kostenlosen Abholservice von der Bushaltestelle an, war alles bestens organisiert. Als Freundesgruppe nahmen wir ein 4-Bettzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Warmwasser, was beides super funktionierte. Die Unterkunft war die bisher sauberste, die wir auf unserer Reise in Sri Lanka angetroffen haben. Auch das Restaurant war sehr lecker und der Aufenthaltsbereich lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Wir hatten ebenfalls die Safari über die Unterkunft gebucht und waren am frühen Morgen, wie versprochen die ersten vor dem Tor. Unsere Guides legten größten Wert darauf, uns so viel wie möglich vom Park zu zeigen und uns das beste Erlebnis zu geben. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Clean spacious room, communal balcony

1. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. 2. Fitted with AC. 3. The restaurant was very beautiful. There was a hammock and good furniture enhancing its beauty. 4. The owner and his family is truly hospitable, welcoming and friendly.

I liked almost everything and I have nothing to suggest.

Preis-Leistung war gut. Uns wurde eine Safari in den Yala Nationalpark organisiert. Zudem wurden uns die Fahrt mit dem Tuk Tuk zur Unterkunft und zu unserer nächsten Unterkunft organisiert. Der Preis war gut. Frühstück und Abendessen war gut. Safari war gut organisiert und guter Fahrer.

Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war schlecht. Das WiFi war akzeptabel hat aber nicht immer funktioniert.

Wonderful place! Very kind staff and the room was by far the cleanest I’ve stayed in in Sri Lanka. In addition to arranging our safari They also arranged pickup from Mirissa Beach for a very reasonable price and our driver was AMAZING. His name was Sanjay. Request him if needing pickup!

It’s a safe place to stay surrounded by nature

We stayed at La Safari Inn for one day and our room was very clean and comfortable. The accommodation was located in a quiet environment. We went to Kirinda and Kataragama in our own car and these places are only half an hour away. We did a morning safari with them and their jeep was comfortable and the driver was very efficient and showed us all the animals. The staff treated us very well and kindly. A very good place. We hope to return.
