we slept on the streets!

we didn’t get into the hotel and slept on the streets

sleeping in the streets and the host not answering our calls even though she said 24/7 service

it’s is unbareably noisy and impossible to eep it has ruined my whole experiance

It is now 4am in the morning and i have not been able to sleep because the noise.music from the bars is extremely loud. It feels as though the party is inside the apartment, and the vibrations of the music can be felt throughout the bedroom. I have a full day of travelling tomorrow, and this situation is unacceptable.

The apartment is small, but very beautiful, charming, and incredibly cozy. It’s even more beautiful in person than we imagined from the photos! Perfect for a couple, comfortable and very well maintained. We also loved the thoughtful Greek welcome gift of olive oil — such a lovely and special touch. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

I liked everything, and there was nothing negative.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and very private despite bring the middle of Heraklion. I particularly loved my balcony. Great spot for an end of day coffee. The welcome tray on arrival was also a lovely touch.
