Only location was … but of you expect a pristine Red Sea beach then this not the place … one side had had the beach bit a very commercialised one .. the front exit had crazy night life … it opened on the main pedestrian promenade
The staff had a mix of very good and horrible ones but the ones who were good covered up for it ,,, Mohammed at the front and his colleague ( his name water with W ) were sooo polite
But Ahmed M … the guy at the front desk at night was rude , mean , unprofessional , horrible !!!!! I hav no words to describe how he treated us aftet a long flight and check in at 11 on Jist because we booked through booking.com and not directly with the hotel !!! Breakfast is ok … salads are stale …

I liked the neighborhood, the food, the natural light, and the fact that it met most of my needs.

Location & staff & restaurant.

location for shopping, eating,
Loved shisha & beer with big screen.
1) parking is far
2) no water bottles as per hotel rules.
3) no shampoo, soap as per hotel rules.
4) the beach has no snorkeling, just knee deep swimming area,

The only thing good about this properly was location !! Bit if you feel you’re gonna hav a nice swim on the beach … then don’t expect that … it’s a very commercialised beach
Staff was RUDE … EXCEPT MOHAMMED from reception
Breakfast had stale salads … no butter in the breakfast layout .. weird !!! Beds were broken , bathrooms were stinking … locks were broken .. Jist expect a very ok place to crash after activities
