Very pleasant.

Despite some minor issues with wifi and phone signal, I would happily give this very comfortable and well located accommodation a 10. However, I still can't do this considering the steep path we had to walk every day, sometimes twice a day, which is a bit frustrating after a long day.

You have to go there

A villa built on 3 levels with a generous swimming pool. two large balconies, the swimming pool is cleaned daily, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, a gift from the owner, a bottle of wine and beer. The pictures reflect the reality. To benefit from the wonderful view towards Ag. Nikitas and the seat, you have a slightly difficult slope to climb 30-40 m (you can climb it by car), I preferred to walk, if you don't mind this small impediment, I highly recommend

Lovely villa close to town and with excellent facilities.

Location was great as you could walk into town for food, supermarkets and the beach. The villa has fantastic views and the pool was an added extra after a day on the beach, the rooms, bathrooms and other facilities were great. Having a very nice cleaner every 3 days was excellent.

If you do not have a car the route up and down from the villa is very steep. The Wifi was not very strong if you need it for business access.

beautiful place for a fantastic time

magnificent view down to the village of AgiosNikitas, straight to the opposite hill and for sunset and on the right side the sea there is no wish left when you see the big private pool for joy and to enjoy the huge space surrounding it, 2 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconys, 2 sleeping-rooms, 2 fridges, washing-machine, dish-washer after 3 days more than enough new towels and sleeping sheets are delivered I find as a big service we were pretty much delighted about our stay, 6 minutes to walk down for the restaurant’s 8 minutes to the picturesque beach of AgiosNikitas, 20 minutes for the insane and unforgettable MilosBeach

Mixed feelings about this accomodation

The pool has night lights, a lot of towels, good view from upper bedroom, mosquito nets, the kitchen has a lot of gadgets.

Bad smell in the basement/pool floor. I saw two little snakes around the house. We stayed three nights and there was no cleaning when we stayed. Wifi was not working. Very steep way to the house. You hear everything from the house next door.

Beautiful Villa overlooking the village and sea

The location was absolutely stunning - views of the mountains, forrest and of course the sea and village. The villa is spacious and clean. The pool area is massive and very sunny all day.

Its up a steep hill, but thats great for fitness!!

Lack of shade only 1 umbrella not enough for 3. No BBQ. TABLE BY POOL should be a lot bigger
