Perfect location with amazing views.

Location and lovely, helpful, friendly owner. Great views and spacious balcony.

Just wonderful!

Location is top. Hosts are really nice and friendly. Accommodation is basic but I think you can’t expect more for the price. It’s clean and comfortable. We hope to come back again soon, because we enjoyed our stay very much.

A lovely stay in the apartment with the best location in the village.

Amazing location so close to the beach. Lovely big balcony with sea view. Private terrace area for sunbathing. Close to all shops and restaurants.

Apartment could do with a bit of a refurb.

Erie was a lovely host and living nearby so we could get help when we needed it. Right on the beach in a lovely town

the second bedroom was not so nice at the back of the house which was a bit embarrassing since my friend had to sleep there as I was one of a couple

Very good

the location can’t be beaten - just a couple of steps out the door and you’re on the beach! perfect for our young children not having to carry beach stuff everywhere! very close to local shores, bars, restaurants. we also loved free use of beach umbrella and kayak supplied by the property. the hosts were so kind and welcoming.

a bit dated and small bathroom with not great water pressure but hardly worry about that when the location is so perfect.

Superb

Unbeatable location right on the lovely beach of Ag. Nikitas. It comes with the not so great extra that you should bring the luggage through the entire village, but as soon you reach it, you immediately forget this part. The view is amazing, so does the wave sound during the night. It has a small kitchenette with basic facilities, but we prefered dining in the many tavernas around. There is an air conditioning in one of the rooms, but there was no need of it during our stay, ceiling fans were enough when there was no wind. The host is friendly and helpful. We loved this place!

We had a short stay but definitely will be going back again for longer . The location is just perfect right on the beach

Fabulous stay. Eri was just the most gracious, king and thoughtful host

proximity to the beach and bars, yet felt like it’s own little oasis

shower in bathroom was broken and low water pressure. intermittent wi fi - but was good when it worked.

Most incredible location right on the beach in Agios Nikitas, a beautiful town. incredible views from the balcony. Eri & Kiki were so kind and hospitable and helped us out with lots of little things.

Lovely host, ideally located, too small kitchen and bathroom

Lovely location. Excellent host. Quaint little setting. Right on the beach. Balcony overlooking sea. Host lent us a Kayak and gave excellent suggestions on gastronomic choices.

Kitchen was way too basic and way too small. No microwave meant I had to do everything on the two plate stove and then wash the pots every morning from kids warmed milk. Not too suitable for young families or big people. Bathroom was also too small.

Wonderful place, excellent hosts Kiki and Ellie:)

We were looking for an escape from all the stress of the pandemic ... and the place meet and exceeded all our expectations! Apartment was right on the beach, we were waking up to breathtaking view every day:) There were good restaurants and bars nearby with delicious food and good prices... everything was easy and hassle free Hosts were very kind and helpful - we highly recommend the place
