Staff, luggage storage
Location was bad, taxis cant enter the road to the hotel and it is on a slight hill

Very clean hotel with everything I needed in the room. The beds were comfortable with two pillows per person and the air conditioning worked well. I really appreciated the midday checkout time as it gave me time to reset before needing to head to the airport for an evening flight. The staff were also very kind and attentive at check in/out. It was very easy to reach this property from Seoul station.

The concierge was super nice and helpful, for one night stay it was Ok, beds were nice, bathroom shower even if small the amenities were good!
I am picky on cleanliness and think the general room was clean it could be better, although sheets and bed was clean.

- The check in was fast and efficient
- There is luggage storage in the main lobby area prior to check in time, and we get to take a pic + receive a number for the bags stored. Good system
- access into the hotel is by keycard access, which I think is good and made me feel safe. You are free to use the microwave and hot/cold water dispenser in the cafeteria area
- close to convenient stores and close to station. Location is quite good
- I disliked that on check in, you could see the names and room number of everyone who has a reservation for the day. I think could be unsafe and a potential breach of confidentiality.
- There are washing machine and drying facilities available in the hotel for no cost (you just have to get your own detergent/buy it from the front desk), but they are not well maintained. The machine on 5F was mouldy, and 3F was only slightly better.
- The room I stayed in felt stuffy without the air conditioning, but it felt like the aircon has not been cleaned/maintained well either
- Hotel is on a hill, just so people who are less mobile are aware
