Hiper bien comunicado, confortable, limpio y atención de 10

El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable. Muy cerca de la estación central de Seúl, en la avenida principal que te lleva al palacio Gyeongbokgong y a menos de 10 minutos andando de Myeondong. Es moderno, la atención de 10 y la limpieza muy buena. Además nuestra habitación daba a la calle Sejong-daero y las vistas eran simplemente espectaculares. Ahhhh y muy importante. SUPER bien comunicado. A piés del hotel hay multitud de paradas de Bus y una de las estaciones de metro principales (City Hall) a 5 minutos andando. Esta fué la segunda vez que volvemos a este hotel. La primera fué en el año 2022.

No sabria que decir que no nos haya gustado. Las vistas son geniales, La atención también es muy buena, el precio es correcto, la ubicación inmejorable..........así que no puedo decir nada negativo de este hote. Si volvemos a Seúl, repetiremos de nuevo.

快適に過ごせました！

市庁駅から近く、ソウル駅からも歩けたので、移動がしやすかったです。明洞や南大門にも歩いていけたし、ホテルの下にスタバやコンビニ、周りには飲食店もあったので不便はありませんでした！部屋も、トイレ・バスが別々になっててバスタブがついていたり、ベッドだけじゃなくてイスとテーブルがあったり、とても快適に過ごせました！

部屋にカップやコップはありましたがスプーンやフォークなく、フロントでもお箸しか貸し出しがなかったので、買ってきたヨーグルトやケーキを食べるのに少し困りました。スーパーやコンビニで買ってきたものを食べる方は、忘れずにスプーンなどをもらうことをおすすめします！

整體來說是很好的～雙床房空間尚可，30吋行李箱可以打開，走路5分鐘到市廳站，有免費的寄物箱，還有秤重機！下次還會再去住😍😍😍😍

每天清潔人員都會幫忙整理房間，回飯店都超乾淨，很開心！

看官網介紹仁川機場搭機場巴士，到南大門站，走路三分鐘，但實際機場巴士南大門（會賢）站，到的時候走路要20分鐘！所以我們就叫計程車了～

Great Hotel

The room was pretty big and the view was exceptional. Everything was clean and the amenities provided were really good. Absolutely loved the bath. Although some people unfamiliar with this style could get confused. The bath aroma was a nice touch to the bathing experience! The location is pretty great too. With multiple attractions near the hotel. Restaurants and bars were also basically next to the hotel and we're pretty good. The convenience store and Starbucks were underneath the hotel. Everything was great!

The bed was a little hard in my opinion. But that depends on preference.

大当たり❣️

アクセス良し清潔感あり眺めも良し。お風呂もゆったりバスタブで可愛い入浴剤もあって、疲れも取れました。ベッドの寝心地も最高でした。

特にないですが、しいて言うならばちょっと狭い。

Perfect location to stay in Seoul, put your walking shoes on!

Very good location, we could walk everywhere, we really liked the view from the room towards GwanHwaMun with the beautiful mountain in the back! Very comfortable bed, it was nice to have small table & lounges to sit and relax.

到了首爾站之後計程車司機，好不容易找到附近的地點，我們講飯店的英文名字慈濟也聽不懂，還好後來輾轉還是有找到飯店其實地點還蠻方便的。

地點真的很方便，離捷運站也不遠飲水機壞掉，但是有一個很好心的阿珠馬給我們一瓶水另外從房間就看得到首爾塔

房間很多插頭根本插不住都會鬆動，usb孔只有裝飾用途。櫃檯服務人員語言也不是很能通～我以為國際化的都市這種比較大的飯店應該會有英文比較好的服務人員另外飲用水都是要額外付錢的

口コミほどではなかったのが残念

バスタブがあるのは体が温まるし日本式の洗い場のあるお風呂は使いやすくて良かった。

掃除があまり行き届いてない。チェックインして部屋に入った時点ですでに床に髪の毛が結構落ちていたし、翌日掃除をお願いしてもそのまま残っていた。スタッフも人によって良し悪しあり。

また利用したいです！

ロケーションがよく、南大門、明洞までも歩いていけます。隣にコンビニ、スタバがあり便利でした。スタッフの方も日本語OKです。

強いて言うならば、市庁駅に近くデモなどがあると少しうるさいかもしれません。

Great location and value for money!

The room is pretty spacious and comfortable for two. Location wise, it's a stone's throw from City Hall metro station, 5-10min walk from The Plaza Hotel, which is very convenient if you are taking the K Airport Limousine bus which takes you straight to the hotel area to and fro Incheon Airport. There are many good restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel, catering to those working in the offices nearby so you will defintely not waste your calories!

The pillows are too soft for us. We also did not really like the bathroom layout. The basin, toilet and bathroom are 3 separate areas very close to the entrance and we find it rather crammed.

韓国旅行で利用するならここ一択！

とにかく綺麗でした。ソウル駅から一駅、最寄り駅からも近く建物も高いため迷うことなく到着出来ました。バストイレ別なのが何よりありがたかったです。フロントの方も親切で日本語も上手でした。次回来る時も絶対利用させて頂きます！

Relax and convenient

Separate bathroom toilet and vanity. Bathtub was awesome plus the bath salt. Close to restaurant, Starbucks and convenient store downstairs. Staff are helpful. Coin Laundry are big plus.

No taxi wanted to take us to SEOUL station from hotel. It was quite bumpy 15-20mins walking to the station with suitcases. Plus too many stairs at the station.

ソウル駅から近く便利でした。スタッフの方が日本語で対応してくれてとても安心して滞在できました。また、コンビニがすぐ下にあったので、いつでも購入できたので良かったです。また、コンビニの店員さんも日本語上手で初めてほ韓国旅行の方にはおすすめです。

ちょうどその日エレベーターの点検をしていて、エレベーターを利用するのに時間がかかった事です。でも安全に利用できるためには仕方ないと思い、その辺は我慢できました。

とても良いホテルなので、また利用したいです。

部屋は清潔でした。フロントのスタッフは日本語が話せたので、とても助かりました。バス、トイレが別なので、お風呂にゆっくり入って疲れがとれました。

下次不会入住。

性价比很差，双床房间一晚要1400人民币，再加点钱就能住乐天酒店了！房间洗手间风格是日式的。地点，弯弯绕绕不好找。

Was great.

Great view, modern room, very clean, staff very helpful.

The room was small. The bed was at a large window, which basically from floor to ceiling and the floor was really high. It required some time to adjust to it.

Excellent location just off the central Sejong-daero thoroughfare only minutes from Namdaemun and Myeongdong markets and shops with Sungnyemun Gate closer just one block away, City Hall subway and the palaces also within walking distance in the other direction. Starbucks on ground floor with a Korean restaurant in basement and a CU convenience store next to hotel entrance on each side. We had a 14th floor room with a good view of Sejong-daero thoroughfare, small but we travel light with no large suitcases. Separate toilet from bath and shower, basin outside over fridge are also convenient. Currency exchange machine in spacious waiting area (just walk through to the restaurant) at reception on 11th floor is a plus. Friendly helpful staff. Will stay again.

Pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. Shower not conveniently separate, a shower screen around the bath would be helpful. No creamer for coffee provided.

Comfortable stay in the centre of Seoul

The hotel is well located, not too far from the Central Station and the main sites. The room is not big but spacious enough. The bathroom configuration is surprising but works! Bottled water is provided as a compliment, and you can find all the necessary amenities inside the room, even an iron and an ironing board. Everything is extremely clean.

Even with the A/C on, the air is pretty stiffled. The European breakfast is rather limited, but both of these points are minor, just something to keep in mind.

Great stay with good food nearby

The room design and facilities were great, although it was a bit small for a family of 3. The sink, shower & bathtub, and toilet were separated, there was a humidifier in the room, small sofa and chair. Location is good as there are places to eat in the vicinity and a convenience store is just outside the hotel. City Hall station is a 10 min walk to the hotel.

It would’ve been perfect if all the USB chargers found on each bed was working. In our case, only one was working. If you’re expecting the hotel to be so close to the Myeongdong night market, then it’s not the case. It’s still a good 10-15 mins walk there.

Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Location was good because there is many restaurants right below our hotel and is very near to namdaemum market.

The staffs wasn't very communicable and we didn't really like that house keeping is 3 days once. That area is also a protest zone so pls avoid these period.

Would stay again

Room was clean and quite spacious. Location was nice, close to metro stations and tourist sights.

Room temperature would automatically reset to something too low for my liking (about 20-21oC) every time I removed the key card from the holder. Too cold. Had to take it up to 24-25oC every time I came back.
