Its central location, can get to anywhere very easily.
Instructions very unclear and unfortunately, no support during check-ins. When you get in, you need to enter the pin using key and follow it up with key as well, which wasn’t told to us. Thought I entered the wrong building. When you get to your floor, you will only find A and B flats, while C, D, E flats are behind the fire exit which the staff do not inform and neither do they know when you contact them. Found staff had little knowledge about the flats they’re renting out. Thank our luck, somebody was returning on our floor at 12:30 am in the night who helped out. We almost had to book another hotel for the night because of unhelpful staff and unclear instructions.

La ubicación cerca del casco histórico y del metro y tranvia
A la hora de hacer el Auto-cheking es como si se tratará de salir de un scape room con tanto código para acceder al apartamento hasta que consigues las llaves,por lo que ell trato del personal es inexistente, no tengas problemas porque no te cogen el teléfono. Me costó acceder porque no sabía como entrar... Les llamé dos veces y no te cogen el teléfono, muy mal en ese aspecto.
La wifi es inexistente, no funciona el router.
Un sitio con muchísimo ruido, las ventanas no cierran adecuadamente
