El servicio central para dejar el equipaje mientras sale el vuelo es excelente
Fue muy complicado acceder a las llaves, la puerta de entrada estaba cerrada y no había código, hubo que llamar por teléfono y fue complejo contactarse.
El apartamento está fuera de Porto y se necesita un taxi para ir y volver (unos 15 minutos al cetro)

Bel appartement tout confort non loin du centre ville de Porto (10 minutes en voiture). Magnifique balcon avec une vue imprenable sur le Douro. Les photos correspondent en tout point à l'appartement.
Excellente communication pour l'auto enregistrement et la récupération des clés. Caution de 200 euros à déposer en ligne par CB et recréditée sur votre CB au bout de 10 jours après votre départ. Ce qui peut être un problème pour certains, mais pour nous, c'était un gage de sérieux.
Service de changement de draps et de serviettes tous les 3/4 jours. Impeccable.
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y reviendrons!

Incredible view of the Douro. Clean. Very comfortable beds and crisp sheets.
The staff responded to requests to replace a broken wine opener and provide dish towels.
The apartment is large and gets a lovely breeze off the river.
The kitchen is lovely but needs a few more pans for those who wish to cook. The single fry pan was warped and performed poorly on the induction hob/ cook top
In fact it seemed not to be set up for cooking at all. No hot pads for handling hot dishes, no dish towels for wiping wet hands, no electric kettle.
Most apartment rentals we have had this trip if they had a coffee maker that required pods would at least provide a few pods that matched the coffee maker.
It is such a beautiful apartment and just an upgrade to the kitchen supplies would have made it superior.
Also a welcome book telling a little about area, bus service, how to handle a full trash bag etc. would save having to contact a manager.

Although we are arrived quite late in the afternoon, we called and were friendly welcomed and given code to enter the building and getting the keys from box next entrance.
All electrical appliances, beds, kitchen, furniture, were outstanding. Very safe place.
River view, impressive.
Free indoor parking.
We expected a higher floor, but alternative was not bad. Location is very far from the center of Porto. Luckily we did not have hot days, because there is no air conditioning. Among toilet amenities, I would suggest an air refresh since ventilators in toilets are not good enough.

Let’s put it this way: I searched on apartments on one page and an identical search for hotels on the other. For the same price, we got three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a view to die for from an expansive balcony. There are sometimes reasons hotels can be preferred, but if you have a car and don’t want to eat out for every meal, this is by far the best way to go. They were also impressively responsive to a few questions we had even though it was managed remotely. Two big thumbs up!
They should have some soap holders in the showers. Going in and out of the garage was a little tricky and not quite like having a garage door opener at home. No supplies (condiments etc) at all. Could use a few more instructions like the Wi-Fi password in what was otherwise a fairly extensive instruction list. But these are very minor issues that didn’t detract much from the overall experience, which was awesome.

There was not enough crockery and many items missing, the outdoor balcony was not clean had lot of cobwebs, didn't have hook for clothes in the bathroom. didn't have fans or Ac in the apartment .

modern and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with good car park. we were 4 adults and used only 2 bedroom.
poor communication with company through emails in Portuguese and insisted on paying deposit of €200 before communicating how to access the place. sum was actually paid not reserved with exchange commission paid in and again out .

2 bedrooms were very noisy. The noise came from the passing by cars - somehow it was very loud.

We gad problems with access at first and also no fob for the garage. Disappointed that we never had a welcome pack.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with a nice view and just an hour's easy stroll to Porto. The host communicated promptly.
We faced issues that the host could not resolve while we were there - only one coat hanger at the property (they had no more in stock); the cushions for the outside seating were missing, and one of the curtains was hanging loose. Kitchen utensils are very basic. The WIFI was not very reliable. We would expect the host to provide detergents for washing machine and dishwasher. We find it unusual to have to pay a large deposit that is not refunded until 7 days after departure.

The apartment is really nice, equipment was very modern. The view on Douro river is beautiful, terrace was big enough.
The kitchen is equipped for really simple cooking, we missed grater, knives, etc.

Clean, modern, decorated and spacious with two bathrooms.
Didn’t provide kitchen towels or rolls, weren’t enough toilet rolls we had to buy more ourselves and ants appeared quite regularly. The taps above the sink are long & come out really forward. So when washing your face, a lot of water falls or sprays onto the sides because of this. Also during the night when asleep it’s very noisy outside with cars driving past so we had distrusted sleep most of the time.

We liked location (easy to reach by car - not in the old town), a lot of space, river view, parking. Apartment is very modern (smart keys to get in, etc)
Kitchen tools (i.e. frying pan was hardly usable), no tea spoons and big cups for tea. Apartment is designed for rent - lack of cosiness and missing small things (i.e. no pins in bathroom to hang the towel).

Modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast delivered to your door each day. There is also a secure car park available. It has a large terrace overlooking the Douro.
For luxury level of the apartment the mattresses were not very comfortable, we stayed in the ground floor apartment and the cobbled road was very noisy with traffic early in the morning, so I recommend one on a upper floor. They also take a 200 euro deposit which when it is refunded the exchange rate is very poor cost me £ 7.

The apartment is very big and clean. It has a very nice view. It's fully equipped and you can park your car in the garage. Very comfortable apartment for families in beautiful Porto.

We were very pleasantly supriedsed with the breakfast basket that they left at the door every morning (fresh orange juice, home made pastries, fruit, butter, marmelade, jogurt, cereals, croissants, ...) Super nice gesture, thank you!
